TRB யின் stay vacate செய்யக்கோரும் writ apple மனுவை பரிசீலித்த நீதிமன்ற பெஞ்ச் ஏற்கனவே Single Judge இடம் உள்ள வழக்குகளுக்கு ஒரு வாரத்துக்குள் TRB எதிர் உரை தாக்கல் செய்யவும் அதன் அடிப்படையில் முன்னுரிமை அளித்து வழக்கை Single judge விரைந்து விசாரித்து முடிக்க உத்தரவிட்டு வழக்கை முடித்து வைத்துள்ளது.
TRB's lawyer himself (not the Judge) requested the Court that entire selection process can't be stalled. The Court didn't give any instruction regarding the selection process. But the TRB was directed to file the Counter Affidavit within a week. The Interim Stay will remain in force until then.

@thangamanigold3465 Those are the arguments of the TRB's Advocate but NOT by the Judge. As per the norms, in the initial pages of the judgement will contain the pleadings put forward by the Advocates that do NOT decide the issue.
