Hi Jodi, I went to see my cardiologist yesterday morning and told her how good I was feeling. Apparently I jinxed, myself because about 2 hours later I was shopping in the store and ended up sitting on the floor for quite a while, because I was extremely light headed and thought I was going to pass out. A nice lady stopped and stayed with me, had someone who worked in the store bring me an ice water and when I was finely able, she walked me to the front of the store and told a worker to make sure I made it to my car okay. So Thankful there are people who still help others. God bless.

Hi Jodi, It's so good that you're moving your plants around to get more sun! It's so cute when you talk to your squirrels & especially cutie, he came running to you. I thought that would happen eventually! It looks like you have a couple of new squirrel friends, too! Flash was so sweet, following you around! I like to talk to our animals too! I'm so glad you put the chair cover on, I wondered why you hadn't yet! You sure do a lot in your 15, 20, 30-minute time frames! I've been working on putting our tree up! It's taken me a few days & not many other decorations, just a few things I've made & some cone Santa Claus's to put up the around the room, & lights in the windows! It takes me awhile because I get out of breath & have to sit down! But I got it done! You have a wonderful Thanksgiving & a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Take care! Cracked me up when you said you don't have many indoor plants, maybe 30................I have 6. 🤣 I just pruned my Tradascantia Bubblegum to try to get it to bush out more and am seeing about propagating them and got 12 of those in soil now. Lol. I don't have very good lighting in our current house so I only have 1 window that gets any direct sun and my small kitchen window is the only one that gets bright indirect light so all my plants are in those 2 windows. I have low motivation to get stuff done especially in this house because it's very old and wasn't taken care of before we moved in so it really makes it hard for me to sit and clean everything when it doesn't look like I cleaned because the house is in bad condition. I still do my best to get up and do the things anyways because I still feel better after I've cleaned because I know in my head it's been done even if it still looks bad. I can't wait for when we can buy a house and hopefully get something that's been kept up well so it looks nice and then I will have move motivation to keep it looking nice.
Oh and btw I love this channel too … I watch all your videos you’re so uplifting
Hi Jodi , great video. I’ve been pottering around doing little declutter jobs after my surgery. I’m back to work next week so will start back doing a few jobs a day so I don’t strain myself. They said no lifting 4 weeks, had big cuddles from my granddaughter Edith (2) she said poorly nanny when she saw my scars and gave me a kiss to make me happy x

Hi jodi. My 3 big trees are up and decorated and my 30 small glass trees up all done in first week of November love watching you talk to the squirrels present wrapped and all under tree so enjoying the decorations here in the uk

Hi, Jodi! That is so funny the story you told about the squirrels. 😂 My regulars have been coming almost everyday. They sit on the porch and look in my window until I get up and feed them. The other day I was on the porch talking to my mailman and he knows about my friends! We were talking and he was just getting ready to leave when Fluffy, the grey squirrel was waiting near us. He came up to me as soon as the mailman left. The black squirrel and brown squirrel came later and were chasing each other off the porch. I waited until they stopped and told them there was enough food for each of them. So I tossed them each a nut and they were happy. Love watching your clips of your squirrel friends. Watched the Lions have a big win last Sunday. Can’t wait for the next game. GO LIONS!!!💙💙💙💙👍🥰💜
Your video brought me many Smiles during my lunch break on work today! The room looks great. I enjoy the squirrel updates and the family updates and the plant updates etc. Flash is so brave! I don't even have to turn my vacuum cleaner on for my cats to run and hide I just have to touch it.

Another great job done. This morning I was trying to get things in better order, and no matter what I tried, I dropped things, made a mess. So, now I'm enjoying a cup of hot tea, taking stock of what I've completed, then, try, try again. It was so good to see someone complete a room. Thank you.
Christmas starts on Halloween… Use to start on Black Friday when kids were younger, but they’re in their 20s now and we really enjoy Christmas so a month just wasn’t enough time to enjoy the decorations and since the kids no longer trick or treat and we don’t get any trick or treaters, we figured let’s start our Christmas and enjoy it for 2 months.

I laughed out loud to think of driving by seeing you talking to the trees! This summer, I was working on the patio and a hummingbird came near and hovered at my face, So I said. "Hi, Hummy! How are you today? " My Great Dane, Willow, jumped up and woofed and started looking around to see who I was talking to! I know you can appreciate both the story and my goofy Dane!

My neighbor just gave me a bag of Indian corn so I went out and strapped it to my bird feeder pole. I have a squirrel baffle so they don’t get to my birdseed. I’m okay with them eating the corn, just not my seed! 😁
With winter coming soon, I always like to feed the squirrels and birds since it’s harder for them to find food.

Flash is adorable. My 3 legged kitty follows me around when I vacuum. Occasionally, I can vacuum him. He is a lazy boy. My black cat runs when I even pull the vacuum out. The squirrels are sweet as well. I need to move my plants around. Repot a few. I am still procrastinating working with my large monstera. I am so scared to do it

Edit: new possible help. Thumbtack a string to the ceiling above the pothos and wind your long piece around it. Use the nodes to connect to the string. If necessary use a couple small zip ties or pieces of string to attach it. The pothos will love it.
One of those "s" hooks or a shower ring will bring the hanging pot down lower so it's not so squished.

You did a great job! I love squirrels and birds too but can't feed them, I have an indoor outdoor cat she's beautiful but she is a serial killer and try not to encourage the wildlife. Don't get me wrong they are all over here because we live in the Country 😅

We are putting up 3 trees with just lights the weekend before Thanksgiving
The day after thanksgiving I pack away fall stuff and clean. The saturday after thanksgiving the decor comes out. It takes about a week to decorate inside and out.

When your plants look droopy give them some water with epsom salt. They love it. (Regular Epsom)

We are traveling 1000 miles to spend Christmas with my Mom. Our cats will be under the care of a great neighbour. Leaving a fully decorated tree unattended just seems like asking for trouble! So, the decorating here is more "winter" themed than Christmas. A few garlands with twinkle lights, candles and other little things are already up, and I will be adding bits and bobs here and there as I get things cleaned up!

@jodidunnmymessylife1847 find what you love at thrift stores. They're cheap and it's not a big investment and you can use Command hooks and you don't have to put holes in the wall and you can just play! Just have fun!
