BREAKING: Liam Payne, member of One Direction, dies at 31

Liam Payne, a former member of the band One Direction, has died in Argentina, authorities tell Telemundo, saying he died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires. NBC News' Sam Brock reports.
