If you want to sell both medicine and medical devices then you need to obtain Form 20B & 21B. If you want to sell buy only Orthopaedic Implant then obtain only MD-42.

If you repack non sterile gloves then you need registration only. If you want to sterilise gloves after repackaging then you need MD-5
