Might be the best time for Laos to signal our rare friend outside of our planet to open up the next phase of human development if they do not destroy themselves too soon. Laos might be tiny and powerless among our very powerful and mighty neighbors. But we have secret and allies that no one on earth does.
Laos FM is more educated( with 2 Master degrees) than a leader of some country who ignores the existence of the UN convention on the transit trade of the landlocked states.
