Here are my two questions:

Because your understanding of what black is and most"black" peoples isn't correct in the way its played out genetically. everything and everyone in this world has its own frequency, things in life you like probably match your frequency. frequencies vibrate through the whole world. Bad things and energy stands equal to low vibration aka low frequency, the same for good but that would be high frequency. Frequencies effect your body and surroundings. I hope it makes sense if i explained it good enough.. these or just small examples of how frequencies work and if you would search up on the internet about it you will find a lot more but the most important thing is that you research it from your own perspective and dont believe everyone blind.

Mine is a controversial answer. I'll weigh in on this in a bit....
My beliefs are the seeds of thorough objective research that, in my opinion, border on facts objective reality.
1. As is purported by popular scientific literature, mankind began in Africa, and as such we, the first man, walked the planet.
2. "Black" people were created In Gods' (an extraterrestrial) image - the Anunaki.
3. We "Black" people, are the forebearers of "civilization" (civilization is relative to ones' perspective).
4. We migrated outside of Africa to inhabit other parts of the world.
5. We ("Black" people) were the springboard (template) for genetic splicing that brought about the other races of people - mongoloid and the Caucazoid. Other extraterrestrials are said to have made the aforementioned races in their own image.
These aren't my forgone conclusions, but a few gathered pieces of our puzzling existence.
Question:
Shouldn't the Boer settlers in southern Africa, and devoid of mixing, not more phenotypically African? Oh, they've not lived there long enough? OK, granted! So shouldn't they at least display noticeable hints of mutation given the short while (over 400 years) that they've occupied that part of Africa?

Please guide me on how to make my body not have high blood pressure. The doctors prescribed so many different medications yet they can’t see anything wrong on my chest X-ray blood test , cat scan on head or ekg when I go to emergency room. Please help me understand my heart and nature why can’t I stabilize blood pressure? Most of the time when the sun and the moon is out during the day time we can see the moon bc science says the moon is reflecting the sunlight and so on .
