I was just watching another youtuber - Lavender Clothesline and I'm pretty sure she was in the same store because she also picked up that strawberry candle but didn't buy it! I think she said it was the Lancaster GW.
I noticed that also when she picked up the playing card dish.
I saw another seller who goes there as well, Shell.belle. I keep thinking one of these days they will all meet at the store. :)
Andrew ran into her at the flea market once and they chatted for awhile.

After I watched this video I then watched Lavender Clothesline and you both picked up two of the exact same items. The big serving dish and the strawberry candle. I was like, wow what a small world. What are the odds of you two picking up the same items back to back. What a trip.

Would love to see a “behind the scenes”. How do you organize and store your stock? When do you know when to list something? How do you pack boxes for shipping?
She’s an awesome teacher and I love watching her but please don’t fall into the trap of thinking that you can sell like she does. I bought a lot of Goodwill and similar to what she sells but nobody would buy my stuff. I tried everything to get it sold and I ended up with a guest room of items that I can’t get rid of. I lost time and money and unfortunately I’ve been donating the items I bought back to Goodwill..She does well but trust me not just anyone can do it. I learned the hard way. Her friend Sue me has a lot of info on packaging etc. Best Wishes

It takes time. I have been selling on Etsy since July. It doesn't happen overnight. My sales are moving and store are finally getting more than 30 views a day. It took months. Looking forward to the day when I get on and its over 100! Empowerment people. It is never okay to assume another persons failure.
Pink Elephant LTD I wish you success I did Ebay for a year . I was selling nice items but they wouldn’t sell. I’m sure it helps having a you tube with followers. Maybe I will try Etsy just need to research it. I just wanted to state that not everyone will do as well as her because of my losses. She has told us viewers to not think we can sell like she does but I thought hmmm I can do it. It’s so much harder than it looks and the packaging is the hardest part. But I will say I enjoyed looking for vintage items 👍
I don't know if y'all've ever played Tripoly (card game), but the round playing card platter looked like it could be used instead of the game's green vinyl mat. Besides, Blossom is watching this with me and she was screaming it needs to come to Kentucky and live with us! Take the platter, leave the bagels.

I just saw the bagels and it reminded me of a local news story where in with other donations they discovered an urn with someone's ashes. They didn't know what to do with it! You might find just about anything at Goodwill 😃

I love Lancaster/Lancaster County. Did you see the new Cartoon Network Hotel that's going up next to Dutch Wonderland? It looks like a fun place to say. And have you tried the Salvation Army in Lancaster? I couldn't find it when I was there last. Also, there is this nice little place, out of the way on RT 896. They had the Hager panther lamp, also a Eldreth Pottery crock. It's a small, local owned place, but they had some very nice things, and the prices weren't that bad. And lastly (I have a lot to say this time). when you dub music over, could it be Drew singing You Can Ring My Bell? ;-)

Not only do I have those mushroom bowls but I have a teapot and little tea cups in the same pattern!! There were a wedding present when i got married in 1979!!
Please give yourself permission to have a whole section of fabulous modern stuff you find - I’m absolutely sure if it is trendy and groovy enough it will sell and you can either have a separate store or just a section - go for it. I know I would if we had thrift stores like these

Years ago the pastry was a dig. People let them stale and put varnish on them and displayed in a bowl on the kitchen table.

Bagels: they make bread, cookies, etc., somehow dry out with chemicals or something for display, forgot how they do it. Buy them, place them in a pretty dish in your kitchen. Those could’ve been used for a personal kitchen display or a bakery display

Odd fact... those coin glasses are PERFECT for rum/bourbon and coke! The base measures a perfect amount of liquor and the top it up with coke. 🙃
I loved the milk glass plate with the painted roses. It will definitely see for Valentine's Day décor.

I have 2 stained glass candle holders like the one seen right before the green glass. They are very nice, and the real thing. (Arts & Crafts style)

The Homeworks candles are so great!!! I have bought several, and the scent fills the house without somehow being too overpowering!
If you go back to this store and the creamer & sugar set (if that is what it was) with the little blue flowers, green leaves, and silver rim are still there, please pick them up! I need them for my set that my dad passed down to me. It was about 15:56 in the video. Thank you!!

Real food display is a thing. They actually teach you how in culinary school. Restaurants use them and even some decorators.

The strawberry candle was a Harry Slatnick candle which are pretty high end.
I think that bamboo vase is a tiki mug.
I believe that the blue glass basket is Indiana Glass in the Monticello pattern.

My hubby and I went to 1st Monday last Sunday and I discovered I see thru new eyes after watching y'all! I found an owl at Goodwill today and almost got it to send to my friend!
At about 16:00 u picked up a China sugar bowl that had a matching creamer. Blue flowers with greenery. This could be vintage. I have the full China set minus one bowl. Given to me by my grandparents in early 70s and I think might have been sold in pieces by coupon in th acme

The PMS jar was hallarious!
We were traveling home for CA and spent a few nights in Reno and the have several Goodwills and 1 has the bins attached. Went to the bins on Saturday and it was swamped, Went back on Monday and it was so mellow. I found so much in the glass ware. I'm not sure if they are collectable but they are vintage.

It's a full service store, coffee and baked goods while you shop! I'm feeling anxious you didn't bring the alien and the PMS jar home. I did have a laugh out loud moment when the servant played with the alien and the big mouthed whatever-that-was.
I would have bought that big strawberry candle if you had put it in your cart. It was FABULOUS.

I'm so glad I came across you guys about a week ago and have been watching a lot of your videos. I have actually been doing something like this for 20 years, but obviously nowhere on the scale you guys do. (Maybe if I hit the lotto! 😉) You have really got me in the mood to be putting more items on eBay, and continue looking for things that I know I could make a profit on. I appreciate the knowledge, that helps need to notice more items when I met our thrift stores, or when garage sales start back up. I also completely understand the it's a "pain in the arse" to ship certain items, as you don't want them to break, but also finding a box that fits properly is such a pain. Thanks for all the info!

Do you know of Pudgy Pickers UA-cam channel? She buys vases and puts in real bamboo for Lucky Bamboo to sell at her antique booth. I bet she would’ve loved to find that bamboo shaped vase.
Unfortunately were I work customers do donate trash. Fortunately we don't put it on shelf like the bagels. Can't believe they are allowed to do that.
