I watched the premiere of this video on MTV. Ya, they used to play music.
How old are you? I watched the premier of Billy Idol's Rock the cradle of love on MTV ... I am that old... (I'm that old too) :)
I still wear my MTV T shirt because I remember when it was great!!! "I Want My MTV" !!!
Who’s here in 2024? Billy idol so talented
Me❤;)
Me! And you're right!

Sin duda una de las mejores rolas de Billy Idol ésta me encanta un chingo
I turned 12 today and as a birthday present I got a Billy Idol cd live at Wembley, I loved it a lot! I really admire him! ✨
I love the creepiness of this. Billy floating from picture to picture, encouraging all this
my husband used to sing this to me all the time their was 13 years between us. He passed away a month ago and now im here bawling my eyes out listening on a loop :(
I am sorry for you. Sincerely. I listen to songs that my late father loved. It's hard but it keeps his memory alive. Rejoice that you knew him & try to listen in that way. That's how I can get thru the songs. My heart goes out to you❤.
my ex wife loved this song.sorry for your loss.i feel your pain
@@chriscoul4506 what?
I'm so sorry for your loss. I share your pain and admire your strength. I lost my mother recently and can't even begin to listen to her favorite music yet. Hugs to you and your family.
My heart goes out to you. I'm sorry for your tremendous loss. You are in my prayers.
30 years later and i still love this chick
Never expected Billy to live to 2000s.... but in 2022, I pray he lives long enough until they can transfer us back into younger bodies... I need more Billy Idol punk music
❤️
He’s a grandpa now!!
Billy Idol was never punk music.
You realize those bodies will be synthetic, robots, as in, ABLE TO BE CONTROLLED BY THE SYSTEM and not the civilian, right? Use your God given brain for once in your miserable life and learn to recognize a trap when you see one. Sheesh. Smh.
@@glassonion5474 he was in the late 70s. Him and His Band Generation X were there in London right along side The Damned, Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Stranglers etc. He was a part of that scene. They broke up so he moved to New York City to try something new. To mix his punk style with new styles from America. The result? The first two Billy Idol albums. The Legendary era of Billy Idol.
Just about started high school when this came out....🎉
One of my all time favorite music videos. This man is having a nice quiet evening and she just comes in and wrecks havoc..love it!
I wish I was that guy in the video! I would have seemed like the best Christmas present I ever got!
Almost reminds me of the Beastie Boys, "You Have A Right To Party" video.
@@batmandestroys1978 She was playing a underage 🔞 girl in here so unless you like them that young you best change your answer
I fell in love with this girl in the summer of 1991. I am still in love. The sexiest music video ever!!!!!!
Fun Fact: that girl teaches Gymnastics.
BETSY LYNN GEORGE, she was a gymnast, and only ever had a couple of small parts in movies, what a babe !!!!!!
Adolf himmler, r u related to GESTAPO founder Heinrich himmler?
Adolf Himmler hahaha!!!!
@@filter021 I could think of many others
Fantastic video, and directed by the legendary David Fincher.
@San Diego Yes. Fincher also directed Madonna's Vogue and Express Yourself
Oh man I looked at his IMDB and he did a crap load of music videos back in the 80s and 90s. Some real classics! Aerosmith, Steve Winwood, Sting, Paula Abdul....
@@jorGeRebelHeartCR AND Janie's Got a Gun, which coincidentally also talks about meddling with underage girls...
One of the best tunes & video created! BRAVO! Loved it then and still do now! ❤ Peace from V.A. 🤟
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
It's incredible how modern this video still looks in spite of something anachronistic like the cassette tape.
Right, even the chicks clothing was decent.
Outstanding song, outstanding video
its 2017 and i'm still waiting for a hot chick to come over to my place just to play a tape
@@sagittarius420cheefie 10 years ago it would have been "dated" since every chick wore skirts so low that their ass crack starts showing.
Henning Diesel could have something to do with David Fincher being the video’s director.........
That split on the bed never gets old. ;)
...hurts my feelings when she does that split!!! ~ROFL~ WOW!!!
Damn straight lol
We called it the Money Shot.
Xrated as it can get

Escuchando este tema y esperando al gran Billy Idol en el hotel Four Season de Buenos Aires , Argentina 🇦🇷 12/9/22
Awesome!! ....and if you recall Billy just had a bad accident at this time and couldn't walk. The shots you see here he was just sitting on stool the entire time...and he STILL kills it!!! \m/ Notice how you never seem him below his chest.
Now THIS is how you make a music video!
Espetacular! Um clássico!! Perfeito clipe! Perfeita música!!!
I remember this video came on every hour when MTV played music...was a kid... after school watching videos. I liked the song then still like it.
One of Billy Idol's best song
Still a badass video to this day!
Great song, great video, i cant handle Billy's awesomeness
Hello, how are you doing? It is nice seeing you here.
I was born in 1981 and this is THE song of my childhood 💙

Other than Rebel Yell, probably one of Idol's best
Straight-Ahead Rocking Tune - Classic Idol
Gotta love the 80s and the 90s... lucky those who lived those times as teenagers or in their 20s
I was 10 years old when this video came out. I have never forgotten it as it's one of my favorites. I thought she was so damn hot.
This video was ahead of its time if you ask me. One of my favorite parts is where Billy has the Monroe looking chick in the frame and he pushes her away and the face he makes after is priceless. Mad Pimperish!

Greatest video of all time!!! Oh Devin. 😊
Most underrated rock star ever
Absolutely one of the best music videos of all time...
