Dive doesn't scale off of agility and its mostly enough for combat movement, and the flutes/mounts are good for overworld mobility, so I don't see the movement being a problem

The idol of solitude would be good to replace the freezeflame gauntlet, but only if you just want a pure tank build and no damage whatsoever

Blood chalice is a thing that can be used if you are going for a actual tank build but this is supposed to be a max defense build and haunted scythe is viable

why megaton pendant? titan brace is a thing
would've been better if you used snow wanderer for -20% damage and malady medal with aced fearmonger for whole -30% damage
then juggernaut, idol of solitude on top of all of that, AND elite shield. and you will STILL, have 10 agility

i would recommend switching freezeflame gauntlet with nazar for some extra resistance to fire, frostburn and bleeding
