When I found out that Tommy Talerico was involved in the Intelevision Amico, I was happy to see him in the public again because I was a fan of his back to the G4TV days. And then people were saying that he was possibly scamming the public. I didn’t want to believe it until he was no longer defendable. And now I’m hearing about this. I’m hoping this is all a misunderstanding, but I highly doubt it. If it turns out, he’s being shady then he really needs to straighten up his act.

I said it once, Tommy has actually ZERO talent other than being a great deceiver. He knows NOTHING about music, he can't play it, he can't read it, he does not even cares or likes it. All he knows is to lie and pretend, he only cares about fame, being relevant, feeling like he actually accomplished something, his whole life is a big lie

The original belongs to Nintendo, her arrangement belongs to her. Not even Nintendo could use her arrangement without permission. I could be wrong, but I would assume she got permission or a license from Nintendo to make that arrangement before it went public and was monetized, but I don't know the details of that.
