Started hitting the gym after a trip to hawaii and I felt outta place on the beach.. down 20LB in 2 months. Intense workouts 5-6 days a week. On 2500 calories daily No artificial sugars or sugars without a good amount of fiber packed in it (fruits and shit). I was motivated back when I subbed to you but never took action. I used to be 180 when I got out my last bid in county when i was 19. Then went to rehab, fell off the wagon and I’m now 24 gained 80LBs since 19yrs old. It’s all commitment even if you don’t wanna hit the gym just show up do some light weights get a little sweat going and fuck it. Get that shit over with after your first set you finna be in the mood to get that money. Es mental.. no te agüites just get that money! Keep posting vids bro 💯
That's awesome bro. I'm proud of you and I hope that you reached your goal by now. And what I'm about to say isn't to be rude or disrespectful or anything but from multiple experiences, if you are doing intense workouts 5 to 6 days a week then there's no way on Earth that you should only be losing 20 lb in 2 months. More like 20 lb a month. Keep up the good work though bro.
@@trigfizzle6876 you are right I wasn’t going as hard as most people. I fucked up tho on my road to getting healthy. If I remember correctly I went down to 203lb in about 6 months so about 77lbs. But idk where I went wrong because I stopped seeing progress as far as muscle. I was just losing weight. I think I wasn’t eating the right stuff and and tbh I wasn’t eating much so that’s where I went wrong. I can make excuses and say I went through traumatic experiences and fell off big time but after a year and some change i put the weight back on but in reality I just stopped being determined and lost motivation to do anything. This break up I just went through got me pumping iron again tho. Thinking of getting into boxing aswell. Thank you for your input homie any and all suggestions and advise won’t be taken for granted. So please don’t hesitate to give some 💯🫡
