To achieve the same and a lot easier, you can just enter your username and click "cancel". Win9x's "Network Authentication" was not intended to prevent you from doing anything malicious locally (and the filesystem did not prevent a user from accessing or modifying other user's files either).

Open some other random sh*t 8. Use the computer for 10-15 minutes I must warn you though, this way needs some patience.
