Wow nice stove I really like it's size it as good capacity for holding large amount of fuel. Is it possible to get the dimenssions and/or drawing of it. Did you finally enlarge the feeding port and made one in a thinner material like stainless or titanium?
I did enlarge the feed port just a little, but still never made one in SS or Ti yet... I've just been using the steel one. It's a little heavy but it works so nice that I don't feel I need another one. Of course I'm not ultralight backpacking or anything...
So does having all the holes in the side adversely effect the air flow? Is it more efficient to suck air in thew the base and funnel it up into the fire? I ask because I plan to make my own stove in the near future.
It might be... I'm not sure. I wanted the versatility of putting the sticks in lots of places, but you're thought might be a good idea, might be worth a shot to try!
I like what you did there! Now how can I get you to make me one?? I 'll pay lol. How much did it cost you? I deliver to sheet metal places that could make that I supoose but I feel silly asking them to make me one. Might be cheaper for me to just to buy one.
Thanks but I don't do any metalwork in the winter and may not have my CNC table at that time anyways. I'd suggest either a Firebox or an Emberlit stove.
Im working on making one too.. straight to stainless.. not gonna be foldable but it will be my version of a mini camp stove.. i might add a video to my channel. 🤷🏽♂️
@Tale of Trail Sorry, I don't do metalwork anymore. I got rid of my CNC table and the computer that controlled it so I don't have the drawings anymore.
Must be nice to have a plasma cutting table. Wow! I have the Folding Firebox Stove. It's an engineering masterpiece. Does Steve know about your little duplicate? "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" they say.
Hi William I believe your comment is very rude from an engineering point of view, this is nothing like the firebox and just because someone made a cube stove doesnt mean it's a duplicate of certain product. Ideas are meant to flow innovate and expand.
that is a very nice stove I really like it , can you make one with one modification to the ashplate can you add a slot on the bottom of the box too slide it into and not just under the fire box other than that I like the stove , I like The heavier steel if you can build it from that, give me a price on the build and info. on payment , I believe you have something here so capitalize. on it. thank you "Urban Tactical Survival"
Hello, I had a problem with my mailbox and a lot of mails were lost. I do not know if you have already sent the file but I have to ask you to resend it just in case. Sorry. Ciao
Thanks for your comment, and you're correct... But look at the comments. I counted at least 6 people that wanted me to send them drawings so they could make it on their machine. And that doesn't count the YT messages and emails I got asking for the drawings. Yes, it's not for everybody, but CNC plasma cutters are getting cheap enough for lots of people to have in their garage.

I might make one similar, but I'd make the rear plate solid (no holes) so I have that side to face into the wind. Yours is still a nice design.
Good idea, thanks for the comment!
You grinded the shit out of the base metal. Funny as hell.

Thanks for the comment, unfortunately... My plasma cutter is broke and I'm not sure if I'll be replacing it or not. Them things are expensive...
