I don't know why people think that just because someone isn't a master pro at skating that doesn't make them a skater? Or they're a "poser"? Skating is a way of life. It's street surfing. We do it because we love the feeling of it. A skater is someone who takes a hard fall and gets back up on his a board. A poser is someone who takes a fall on their board and never skateboards ever again. I can't do tricks like that for shit, but I'm a skater. I skate everyday. I busted my ankle, whiplashed my neck, fucked up my shoulder, arm and both of my hands and busted my knee. All within 3 weeks of skating, but I get on my board every day and skate. It's all about taking risks. I hate when people call other skaters posers.
You da real MVP. I always skate back then, but I got discouraged because some skaters call me poser because I ain't good enough. I hardly go far, and I can't even go fast. But still, I love skating bro. I just got discouraged by those idiots. Also, I have no companions to skate with. :(

There's been plenty of athletes that continue to go on and fade with age. If you want to act like Bam did it good and well during the extreme late 90s to early 2000s than fine..
