Peter having to mention Levi Roots yet again
I mean, doing a food based pitch with a cringe song at the start is SO Levi Roots it's embarrassing. No cringe song, for originality.
Yeah, it seems most of the food pitches start with the music, especially if they're anything vaguely exotic.

Usually singing pitches are pretty cringe but I liked her singing.
Sounds like they cut the applause. Just a tiny little beat before she starts talking, where it seems you can hear a reaction in the background.

Peter's right about the name. In the U.S. if you hear "Rico" you either think gangsters or the song Rico Suave.
Mexican here. When mariachis arrive at a restaurant or event, the custom is they enter singing or at least playing their instruments. I applaud her initiative for creating her own song.
Seems like she got a bit nervous, though. By the way, on 2020 I was thinking of selling locally the same range of products. 😄
