Guys. It was brought to our attention that there was an error in the video. The lights need to be plugged into the accessory plug under the hood. With that being said if you have another accessory like the 12V you will need a splitter to run them all. RSI Racing makes the splitter you need to use. Sorry about that but It happens from time to time!!

Thanks Jesse & Bruce. I had trouble finding my 12v plug accessory plug. It was taped so tight and much that I couldn't tell. I would add that the plug is part of the hood assembly so is right next to the connector that plugs the hood electrics to the snowmobile when putting the hood back on.

One problem I just instead these. The 12 Volt plug powers the punch lights. They have to be plugged into the harness to work. My sled was ordered with a 12 volt accesorie outlet (looks like a cigarette lighter plug) so the 12 volt plug was already being used. Polaris dosent offer a splitter. I found one from race Inc. (RSI) It's the only way to use the lights and the 12 volt outlet. Poor planning on Polaris's part. Unless Bruce has a work around . I didn't want to cut and splice my wires.

I know this is off topic but ask Bruce if he remembers the old Hooker Tracks ,we used to weld threaded plates to slide rail clips so studs could be directly threaded right into the plate! You want to talk about traction? Your slide rails hold all the weight of your sled!! 3 holes per plate if you broke one or wanted to run a different pattern you had three holes,Had this set up on my 89 Indy 650 I bought brand new, maybe we can try them in your old XLT??😂😂👍👍

Yeah, Polaris made a new lousy head light but offers an accessory pair of lights for those who actually wants to see where they're going when it's dark ! I've got a 2022 Voyageur and I'm not at all pleased with my high beam light, it was way better on my Axys Swithchback ! I'm sure they are cheaper over there in the states, but over here in Sweden a pair of accessory lights are 700 dollars ! That's pretty steap I think ! So, Polaris makes headlights that shines like crap wich makes customers buy expensive original extra lights, and now I learn that they are delivered without instructions ! THANK YOU SO MUCH Polaris ! I guess they hope we will have the dealer to install them so it'll be even more expensive to us customers ! IMO Polaris should offer these lights FOR FREE with FREE installation to those who thinks the original high beam light isn't good enough ! Then they should re-design the headlight on future machines so it shines at least as good as the AXYS headlight does ! But of cause that's impossible ! It's better to make money on expensive accessories ! And don't get me started on this default tank gauge shit ! Obviously Polaris doesn't care about having pleased customers ! I think all this sucks actually !
