He breaks down everything so well and it's easy to navigate the system he uses too. I really respect pickup and I enjoy reading and studying RP as well. But one thing I will say is that Pick up is equivalent to a gas pedal and the Red pill is basically the brakes. A lot of men have become RP aware especially within the last 4 or 5 years, so that reality insight into female nature kinda makes them stop and think and go "well is pick up obsolete for me now that I know that I don't have X or Y or z?" I could be wrong, but the way I understand it is the hook is part of the open and physical and emotional connection is part of establishing a man-to-woman premise. Additionally, part of building the emotional and physical connection is getting her to qualify to you by 'evaluating' her which is essentially playing it off like you're still unsure about her in order to get her to want you more, and developing a playful narrative about how you two met and what went down so that she she feels less like a slut and more at ease knowing she has a way to rationalize it to herself and her friends that the interaction between you two just happened spontaneously should anything happen when you finally close. It's a much more nuanced process.
