I must say its irrelevant the question of if God chose beforehand specific individuals to be saved, that's not the debate. We all agree he did that, the question is did he do it with foreknowledge of our freewill decisions as a determining factor of who he chooses according to his will. What is he looking to in Romans 8:29? I think its clear he chooses those who answer his call. Not that we could reach him by a choice, but that he chose and used his power for those who believe in him. Why does Satan even need to snatch the Gospel away from unbelievers minds in the parable of the sower if they can't respond unless God forces them? Did Satan miss the class on Calvinism here? Matthew 11:21 doesn't make any sense either, Jesus' miracles apart from forcing them could have convinced a people to him if it was done the same as Jesus had done in that town that just then didn't repent? This is a secondary issue I am happy you spread the Gospel and love Jesus that's what really matters.
If God has determined you to evangelise to your co-worker then you will, it is not like God determined you to evanglize but you just decide not to because God will save them anyway, that is a contradiction lol, if God determined you to do so then you will. If you say well since God will already save that person or not I won't evangelize then God determined that also lol, He determined you to feel that way, it is not like you are somehow thwarting God's decree, when you evangelize it is because God determined it, when you don't God determined that also, you cannot escape it lol.
