Este estilo de música es hermosa pero nunca trascendió más allá de Texas, una de las principales razones es que nunca se promovió con los latinos que hablan español, irónico porque todos los grupos cantan en español y hablan el idioma español,pero todas las radio estaciones cómo está usan el idioma inglés como principal en todas sus entrevistas y no toda la gente especialmente mexicana lo habla, entonces el mensaje o la promoción no llega y sienten que no son de parte de ellos, pareciera que esta hecha solo para un grupo o comunidad de personas.
