Walking around in Ajijic Mexico in 2018. Ajijic is a very popular town for Americans, Canadians, and Europeans to retire in. Ajijic is on Lake Chapala and is about one hour away from the bigger city called Guadalajara. This is a video of walking on the Malecon (boardwalk)

I think that's a "Tabachín" tree by 8:37. These trees grow a lot in the Guadalajara area and probably in others parts of Jalisco.
Maybe when you get back to USA you could do a walk around on San Diego down near the base

I have traveled around quite a bit in the last few weeks. I will keep having new videos every 2-3 days. I will have videos of Chitzen Itzá, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Aquascalientes, León, Mazamitla, Dolores Hidalgo, Zamora, Uruapan, and a few more places.
Veracruz on your radar? I don't know why I in love with that city! Maybe the weather. If you visit there, do a video on night live vibe and other cultural events if possible.

Yes boats are allowed, if you go to Chapala city on the east side of the lake you get to see plenty of boats and fishing, they also have boat tours to a place called scorpion island, now that I retired and live here, feel free to ask me questions lol

Es un lago, sólo que la población tradicionalmente se ha referido al cuerpo de agua como una laguna.
I'm guessing that those fishermen don't know how contaminated the lake is. Notice there are no boats in the lake.
The locals fish and eat from this lake all the time, the lake very much clean up better than before, and if you visit the east side of the lake you get to see plenty of boats and fishing, I live here in Ajijic and loving it
Those are Tamarind tree's.You can eat the paste between the seed's.
Actually they are poinciana trees. Tamarind trees have very different seed pods. They are both in the same plant family though, but one you cannot eat! :p

Augusto Andrés gonzalez Ese lugar ademas de la laguna tiene a disponibilidad un lugar magico que se llama el EL TEPALO, que es un gran lugar entre las montañas que en epoca de lluvias es muy visitado e interesante, pues este lugar es un gran rio que transcurre desde la cima de la montaña hasta que desemboque hacia abajo,ademas de que esta rodeado de vegetacion hermosa..En la cima se encuentra otro lago magico muy grande y esa parte se llama LA CHUPINAYA y la vista desde alli se ve hermosa, la laguna y el pueblo parecen una pintura hermosa, ademas de que se debe de tener en cuenta que hay camino para llegar hasta la cima... y el camino obviamente es natural...
