I struggle with mental health and have thoughts of ending it all, and hearing this story has been hard because my biggest fear is leaving my family in so much pain... Sometimes when you're in that moment you can't think of anything else, except for ending it all, somehow you're convinced that everyone will be better off without you...
I'm really sorry that you all had to go through that.. and I'm sorry for everyone who suffers from horrible thoughts... 😔 🙏🏽

My brother committed suicide last year. First thought that I had was regret and feeling like I failed him. Fortunately for me I was able to come into terms with the reality very quickly and I thank God for that

My brother committed suicide last year as well. I have accepted that life doesn't always go our way and loss is one thing guaranteed in this lifetime 💔
I'm so sorry for your loss. My cousin brother committed suicide last year. Around the same week as Ricky Rick.
He was a kind man and didn't deserve to die alone. It is still very shocking. I just wish I could do something about it.

Bontle triggered me after having lost my daughter In Utero when she did a dance mob in Sandton in 2019. I have never cried like I did, the incapability she speaks of is something I have had to carry for the rest of my life. My uncle subsequently also committed suicide. All the things being discussed on this episode are gut wrenching. I am alive and thankful for therapy. I am so happy things worked out for her.

Yho I just listened & I can really resonate with her so much my father did the same & my mom also was the one that found him, I don't wanna lie, I don't think uu ever heal from losing a loved one to suicide there's just always a big WHY what went wrong! (to those who don't leave letters) You really learn to live w the pain!

The afternoon I cut my seven years dradlocks, I cried like smbody died. It's not just smthing that one will do n just say I did it. It's like a part of you been ripped off even when cutting them off was not a must, I choose to cut them off bcos I just needed o see a changed me. But it wasn't easy
