As someone mentioned here these tips so was able to have stopped my hair fall by following thosee tips. Just like FIRST, I drink 8 glasses of water daily. SECOND, I only use a neem wood comb. THIRD, I don't use any colors or chemicals on my hair. FOURTH, I use coco onion oil shampoo and conditioner by Little Extra, as my old products had harmful chemicals despite being labeled as natural. Coco onion has the power of both coconut and onion. fittuber ur gyan rocks here! FIFTH, I do daily yoga to reduce stress, which is a major cause of hair fall. SIXTH, I prefer a protein-rich diet since hair is primarily made of protein. Overall, since I started following these tips, my hair has become stronger, and I don't experience hair fall anymore. I can even see new hair growth, small strands appearing on my scalp.

sir, thank you very much for your helpful explanation. allow me to share my experience. my hair loss had been increasing steadily since january 2022, and by december of the same year, i had begun to notice bald patches. the situation was bad. i tried a variety of shampoos, oils, serums, tablets, vitamins, and gummies, but nothing seemed to work. however, after watching some videos, i began to educate myself on the difference between good and bad ingredients. i was surprised to discover that my shampoo and oil contained several toxic ingreidents. previously, i only checked for paraben and sulfate-free products and believed that they were natural and safe. later, i learned that many brands also use other harmful substances such as peg, dea, phthalates, mineral oil, fragrances, and colors, which can cause skin and hair problems and increase scalp buildup, leading to dandruff, itchiness, and hair loss. so, i did more research and found a brand that was free of all of these harmful ingredients. i have been using their shampoo and natural hair oil for the past six months, and my hair loss has almost completely stopped, and i have noticed new hair growth. the moral of the story is always to do your research before purchasing products and learn how to read the ingredients. otherwise, brands will always deceive you, take advantage of you financially, and compromise your health.

When I applied jeevan ras mukti my hair was falling like crazy..
Indeed a very comprehensive list. After using the natural shampoo, one can use methi water as conditioner. Jut soak a handful of methi seeds overnight , and then grind them in a mixer grinder to make a thick paste. Apply as hair mask, rubbing on scalp, to get rid of dandruff and itchy scalp, grey hair, and rough texture. Wash the mask with these shampoos. The water used to soak the seeds can be used after shampoo, to give a smooth texture to hair. I have been doing this for 2 years, and my hair is thick, black and soft.

Iam worried if I change to some natural shampoo powder whether my scalp will get cleaned properly bcoz I like oil my hair twice in a week (that too really well until my head reflects light rays). Does shikakai powder alone wash the oil/mask?
@@lekssri4612 i do use shikakai, reetha, and amla powders yo wash my hair. If you feel that the oil is too much, then do the first wash with a tiny amount of any bottled natural shampoo and then use the natural powders
If I tell about my experience, I tried various shampoos and oil but no one made a difference. Read before buying this:
1) switching to natural ayurvedic solution abv, initially it gives hair fall, no hair texture like commercial high end shampoos.
2) hairs takes time to adjust with these products, you need to have patients , at least 4-5 weeks
3) i have been using mukti gold shampoo from last 3 yrs, it removes oil completely , and took 2 months to adjust with this wonderful product, it solves dandruff and hairfall issue over the time. i realize what health scalp is.
4) use shampoo bars only if you have drinking water to wash your hairs. in hard water shampoo bar don't work.
5) understand what is imp for you healthy scalp or " high end saloon finished" look for you? if second this is your priority then stick to dove or loreal etc brands.
6) early you switch to natural solutions, better it is.

I saw a lot of comments on dryness and breakage of hair.
I use similar products on my hair.
Two things could help. 1. Champi with coconut oil before shampoo. For better results leave the oil on the head overnight. That is, do champi previous evening. 2. Since there is no foam for newbies it might be difficult to know if it's done. Do not to overuse the product. If it made your hair drier use lesser quantity of powder next time. I make a thick consistency and apply like a hair mask. I leave it on for a minute or two and just rinse off. Hair is very soft and shiny. My hair fall definitely visibly reduced the first time itself so I have stopped using any kind of shampoo. I buy my product from Ayurveda Bhavan in my locality.

Hi Vivek, i have been using Earthy sapo bars for many years now and they are excellent, however I used the goli soda bars for about 4 months and they were quite disappointing. The amount of lather they produce is definitely not from natural ingredients and also it left my hair really dry and frizzy. Most importantly I did not feel that the ingredients were all natural at all.

I would recommend buy the jadi bootis from a pooja or ayurvedic store and grind them at home until a but coarse consistency (it will help increase blood flow in scalp and hair)

There's seems an issue with amla reetha shikakai powder, some precautions are written in the pack - in contact with eyes it's harmful as risk for eye infection.... A guy with small hair it's risky.

Tried mukti gold, i am continously using it since 6 months, i wont say it works wonders but doesnt give any bad effect too bcz it has no chemicals, when complimented with daily care and nutrition it will be helpful.
For those who have grt hairs can totally use it is not less that any regular shampoo.

I have used Mukti Gold shampoo for 1 month and the result was terrible..it damages hair roots,it makes hair too dry after washing with this shampoo and the main thing is that it stops hairs from growing at normal speed it takes too long to grow your short hair when you apply this Mukti Gold shampoo.

Excellent! I found the khadi products but not 100% natural products like you are showing. By the way, the last product's label clearly says that it has 0.5% sodium benzoate which is a chemical preservative and which is not a good thing. However, given its price and other natural ingredients, 0.5% seems too less.

I have been facing hair fall issues since many years but after watching this video I bought the Mukti Gold hair wash shampoo and could see a considerable reduction in hair loss after 3-4 washes only.
