What are your thoughts on pros and cons of using ai to generate your video clip and was it your choice? thanks. Love the new track.
Honestly, probably wasn't her choice. A LOT of artists have started doing music videos like this so I wouldn't be surprised if the record and production companies are just doing this now.
Actually! I'm the one who created this video using AI - and it took me 3 days of work at around 14hrs each day to get this final edit after the various prompts/edits/overlays/renderings/tweaks, etc. It was a lot of work, even with the use of AI!
I'm surprised at how long it can actually take to get it to a place you want it...
I think there are pros and cons to working with AI, absolutely, and how we, as humans, are adapting to technology. I also feel like I am still creating art, even if the tool I'm using here is more intelligent than ever.
I could also ramble about my thoughts on AI for way too long 😅 but thank you for asking! I appreciate the question ❤
Oh! As for whether its my choice...yes and no.
I'm an independent artist with no label backing, so while I don't have anyone telling me what to do, I also don't have anyone pushing money into my art - so I do my best to find balance in order to create and share with others ❤
I am reminded of the old Björk quote about the use of electronics in music: It is not the computer's fault if the end result has no human soul.
