@@Hamidpapertips please reconfirm I have been teaching in Federal before n only ball point is allowed there. As writing of ink pen can get wasted in case of water splash, so students are strictly said to use ball point as its ink never spread even with a water splash. So its a precaution​ too .
But now I m switched in Punjab.
