Air has to be the single most beautiful band of our generation.
They could never be called anything other than 'Air'. It all flows so well.
The Virgin Suicides is also one of the best novels (the film is brilliant too) of all time, and the marrage between Air and TVS here is immaculate.

I can listen to this song forever
my sister's camp instructor played the instrumental to this song to her class 13 years ago as a writing activity to say what they thought it was about. The class put all the songs they listened to on an "album" and it got transferred onto my current phone with the rest of her music, I was obsessed with this one. At her wedding reception yesterday, her fiancee played the lyrical version of this song by chance and I recognized it. Full circle?

The best songs can be interpreted however you want. The songwriter may have had multiple inspirations and usually it comes out fragmented and leaves us with just an unexplainable feeling and reminds us of things that cannot be explained and experiences that were sad or happy. On the other side we also have very haunting country songs that get straight to the point and punches you in the gut. Music is amazing.

Air had gotten me the whole difference spiritual experience I've ever had while watching a film. I love their music so much. They creates songs like the purity invades by something regards horrific but the purity itself doesn't understand how it would affect them.
