OMG That’s unreal 🤯🤯🤯 thank your for bringing this to us 👌🏻 I actually can’t believe it’s transported like this!! That ship must have some balance OR it not going that far 🤷🏻😂
It all very calculated, the boat is weighted down with ballast tanks to lower the COG and of course the weather is constantly checked. Not something I'd fancy in gale force 9
The captain knew I was going to be filming, so he put on his water hoses and the tug boat put on his (it's in the comments) It's also traditional for a vessel to get a fire hose salute from tugs on a Maiden voyage , don't think it has ever been done for a crane before though .
Spectaculair! Yes I thought lets make departure a bit more dramatic 😂.... The tug sure helped. CU next week. Captain Jumbo Jubilee.
Glad you liked it , safe trip Captain . See you soon
MIGHTY VIDEO Thanks
Great catch with the water cannons.Looking forward to the next crane.
Ya , so lucky. Been trying to get fi fi hoses footage from the tugs for ages , and on a sunny day
Thats both cranes been delivered to Greenock as of last week. was great to see them passing my town on the way up river.

Did they assemble it in part in Cobh? Or did it go down from Killarney like that?
Assembled in Verolme
It would have a bit of trouble going through the jack lynch tunnel fully assembled..

Why was the tug boat shooting water?
