Did anyone else think that the “5-9 before your 9-5” was what happens between 5pm to 9am?? Lolol 😅 Regardless, I love the running content!!! And I also struggled lately to wake up earlier recently despite being an early bird previously. Work remote def is a factor in that for me too
Hello, UA-cam recommended this video and I enjoyed it very much. 😊 I wanted to ask you, can you give me some advice please? I am so not into fitness but the only thing i do like is walking. My mom, sister and I used to walk around our neighborhood until we lost our house and had to move here in this ghetto surrounded all around with mean, nosy gossipers of neighbors. So I'm embarrassed to go outside. My mom suggested I can walk around the tiny backyard we have but I would feel silly doing so in front of an apartment complex. 🙄 What should I do? I would like to get my blood circulating and not get cold every night and also have some stamina. 🙏🏼
Maybe different stretches or yoga! I often look up pre-running stretches to get my body warmed up before a workout. It might feel good to do those even if you’re not going for a run! They’re usually not too difficult and just gets the muscles warmed up/blood circulating.
i did gymnastics + dance when i was young but stopped bc it was getting too expensive so now i run and for some reason everything is expensive too lmao

Hey K, here's a small tip from a fellow runner -- between the intervals do not stand in place or squat but always jogg or walk instead 🤜🤛
thank you!! I did mostly jog/walk but just wanted to squat/stretch for short periods for vlog purposes ;) but I appreciate the tip!
