Sadly, its just wishful thinking and everything that the dumper "might" feel, the DUMPEE feels 100 percent more. More lonely, more sad, more destroyed, more missing them, less to no desire to date, no desire to party, no money etc. all of it. The dumper still have all the power, all the control and the dumpee all the powerless, the inner turmoil, the loss, the pain, the sadness. Unless the contact you, this dynamic doesnt change. And the longer the silence, the more the dumpee thinks "did I mean nothing, did they even love me, they moved on with ease and never looked back, they are living their best life".
I'm finally at a point I no longer care of him and I'm thankful for it ...that pain was deep and needed for me to grow in character. I feel good knowing that moving forward I know God will bring me better...I know this year will be better and I left him and all my attachments in 2024.

Got plans in motion and am excited for the year ahead. I am feeling much better and not wanting him back at all. 🎉
She probably is living her best life, last I heard she’s about to go and work on a cruise ship, so I doubt she’ll reach out ever again
