- This song came out on RECOGNIZE NO AUTHORITY and was on METAL BLADE RECORDS. The album was released in the early 1980s. The band went through some membership changes. The guitarist eventually became famous for producing KORN. And, eventually he brought the singer, DAWN CROSBY to Warner Brothers and Detente morphed into FEAR OF GOD. Dawn Crosby died in 1996. However, the band is back together again and performing at a major music festival in Germany (HOA) in 2008. The name of the singer that will replace Dawn has not been released to the public. But, there are rumors that it will be Ann Boleyn from Hellion or Doro Pesch.

Considering I happen to know bassist Steve who is my brother and Caleb who is my ex I know they are not pushing 50. They started in the band at 16 and 18
I have a old video of Hellion with Anne Boleyn sing on it. She is the singer who will sing with Detente on their reunion.
it is funny as shit that detente is playing with ann boleyne! Does anybody have any idea how old the guys in the band and especially ann has to be? If we're lucky maybe they'll have heart failure on stage at one of the festivals they're doing!

8-9 years is way off! Don't try to make people 50 before they are 50 LOL. Other than that they are no longer a band and who gives a crap! They were good while they lasted, and never expected much to come out of the reunion tour. Just did it to have fun and create some memories.
