  • Do you make any of these common low histamine diet mistakes?
    When working with clients I often find there are a lot of simple changes we can make to help them feel better fast!
    Three are eating too much sugar, not drinking enough water, and staying on their low-histamine diet forever!
    Are any of these mistakes that you are making? Well, fear not because here are 3 things you can do that WILL help you to finally improve your histamine symptoms
    Replace sugar, honey and other sweeteners with monk fruit or stevia. And eat more savoury meals with lots of vegetables to reduce inflammation.
    Drink 2 -3 glasses of water first thing in the morning to flush out toxins, help clear histamine and calm down your mast cells.
