I found it difficult with keratin bonds. But the tape ins lie flat to the head. You just need to plait it or wrap it to protect it to sleep.

LOL, you only need to spray each a couple of times and wait about 30 seconds and they come out easily. Just saying so that you don't waste so much solution.
