Physicist here. Ground radars emmit energy of 10 kilowatts to Megawatts if in the impulse mode. On video said Jammer pod is using phased array tech , means it is based on solid state Rf tech, that is simulator to starlink dishie , means it emission power is limited to hundreds of watts , and it cannot change rf frequencies. I seriously doubt if it may really "jam" ground and airplane radars. But it may distort reflected signal , complicating estimation of distance tho azimuth and elevation will not be distorted.

@@Husker513 They dont even enter the Syrian airspace and shoot rockets from far away AND if they drop any bombs they use gliding bombs. Syria cannot simply shoot at all the planes they follow on foreign soil. As they cannot know if that is exactly the plane who carries out the attack. If they destroy some civilian plane that will be an issue.
Israel only carried out attacks at Syrian cities very close to Israelian border!
Damascus is just 70km away. That was mostly the main target of Israel. Why do you think they didnt attack other far away cities? Well.. here you have your answer.
Israel isnt daring entering Syrian airspace just like for fun. Even though Syria has a VERY BAD air defense with some old and just a few S300 systems!
Latakia was 100% attacked from the sea side from far away too!
