I always loved when Orson Bean would mention the Gaboon Viper! Something about the way he pronounced it always made me laugh.

Orson and his Gaboon Viper. He was a very unique person. Charley Johnson was a fine QB for the Cardinals when they were in St. Louis. Back in 1966, most of the world knew of Ivan Tors but practically no one knew what he looked like, just knew the name.

A few interesting facts about Charley Johnson. . .He played 15 years in the NFL for the Cardinals, Oilers and Broncos. He earned a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis while playing quarterback for the Cardinals. After football he became a professor of chemical engineering at New Mexico State University, his alma mater. He also was inducted into the Denver Broncos Ring of Fame. He was the Cardinals quarterback when I first started following the NFL as a kid in St. Louis.

He also was deemed unfit for combat but able to play football & work for NASA during his active duty.. I wouldn't think someone able to play football wouldn't be able to be in combat?.but hey at least he's still alive. 55,000 other men & women not so lucky to be deemed unfit. God Bless America!🇺🇸

Orson and Peggy are like fighting siblings. Funny 😅
I'd advise Kitty that wild animals never lose their "baser instincts."

I bet that art dealer sold at least a few paintings from some artists that later became established names. Since he sold over 150,000 paintings from all over the place, logic would suggest that at least a few of those artists made it big later on.
