Very rarely do I think a cover from one of these talent shows (Idol, The Voice, X Factor, etc.) better than the original, but this version is just that and then some, Billy Joel should be proud. If Colton wasn't a fundamentalist nutjob he probably would've been my favorite contestant that season.

when he got eliminated i dropped to my knees and cried (i mean balled) i was so mad i never cared about who would win more than colton ever my bf laughed at me saying are you really friken crying he hates AI lol is was a very sad day for me.
Kris Allen was a pretty strong Christian and he won the damn thing. I don't think that was the reason Colton got kicked off. he even said himself he thought it was the Bad Romance performance that pissed people off, and I bet he's right
Because the Idol producers will always send one of the better singers home early in the contest so the people at home will "vote" and Idol will end up making more money. It's all about the money.
