I genuinely laughed out loud when you said "let's start tearing this thing down again!" 😂😂 Your face said it all. Love seeing you working on this bike dude, lots of love from Scotland!
Removing those awful stickers was a huge improvement. It still needs a completely chromed staggered exhaust system and a chrome oil tank, maybe get rid of that dirt bike bash plate, and do something with those holes in the lower triple clamp.
As much as I liked the 'chopper' configuration, I think I like this one even more. Very clean. Great work as always.
It feels like she’s settling into her final form. Cleans up real nice!
No matter which configuration, you always have that bike looking great, Jordan.
I appreciate that!
Looks nice! Lowbrow Customs has some nice fish scale heat shields, just 6 inches, enough so you don’t scorch your jeans, but they look really cool
Good job Jordan!! Bike looks really good!!
Gorditas looking clean! I do like the black pipes look vs the wrapped look
Looking fresh all over again! Somewhat like the early days of the Sportster when you got it.
I like it. Very clean. Very simple.
Jordan.. you make me wanna ride away from everything and come back when my mind is cleared..
Great video brother..
It's looking Mucho Better-o, Mr Jordan!👍👍👍
You can get a led bulb to go in the stock light some of the newer ones don't have the large cooling fins on the back
Great resurrection bro. The bike looks absolutely amazing
I love how you love to just change things up on your Sportster. I get stuck on one thing and never change it because "it's not broken, so why change it". I really gotta get over that. Cheers!
I have a 2007 Piaggio mp3 250 IE and I been mod and updated with new parts I just got done putting Leds lights and footpegs! Mr Jordan Ray 😅
Looking better! I hope you don't break off the key.
The remake or reversal or whatever is fabulous. Sportster fun on the horizon! Looks like a real, raw, transportation delight. Smiles for miles.
Your sporty would a good platform for a chopper project. Ya dont have one of those yet
Sporty looks great! You do great work! I like it even better than when I saw it at the campout. Clean 👌
That's the nicest that bike has looked since I've been following you keep up the great work be safe
Looking good Jordan. Best look so far. 🤠🤠
Love the videos. Good stuff. Maybe get LED bulb. Much brighter.🙂
Jordan Ray, I like the original look! Enjoy the ride!🤘🏍
Love Sportsters and all of you variations on made this one. Way to keep the skid plate too.
You've definitely shown the versatility of the Sportster platform
Mostly I like what you doing on your Sportster mod! Mr Jordan Ray 😊
I like it leave the tires on
Looks great maybe changing out the thin front tubs for bigger diameter ones would help appearance!
I was under a similar thought of adding fork boots to “thicken” that area.
Classic sportster
Excellent look
the air cleaner and exhaust dude🔥
Looks great. Nice work
The sportster looks really nice and pretty unique looking.😊
Great video like the way you just enjoy working on the Sportster keeping doing what you like is whats it all about.
Dude!! That OEM headlight made all the difference!!! Great video!!!!
I think so too!
I was constantly changing my 72 XLCH depending on the mood I was in at the time. 😊
Thanks for the video Jordan the bike looks awesome
Put some chrome shorty on
I just saw your wife's video and see a Kawa 2 stroke bike in the garage? Very cool. (I forgot that you had mentioned that was your Dad's old bike in another video.)
I did a longer video of him telling some stories about it, and my initial plans to restore it. I’m still in the process of learning about it, and refining a few skills. The more I research the more I’m concerned about it running. But I’ll cross that bridge when it comes.
@@JordanRay Cool...I don't know enough about 2 strokes although I had an RD350 for a few years (as an extra toy bike from the regular bikes I rode). Once it started to rev full throttle and wouldn't stop nor shutdown even after I turned the key off....thought it was going to explode. I thought it was the reincarnation of Stephen King's killer car Christine, so sold it. (Later I found out how much these 2 strokes are going for now.)
@@pcthayer mine did that also, runaway throttle, I believe it to be a leaking intake gasket. I definitely am building a library on this bike.
Looking good Jordan.......................Cheers!
Man that is clean! Another great video
Appreciate it!
Best look yet JR
Good work mate 👌
I like this version the best
Do ypu ever try a flpper disc on you ground welds? That is one slick looking horse. 👌
Yep, That’s what I used, it’s mostly my technique that needs some practice. Kinda wish I could buy a belt sander that fits around tubes better but that’s 💵 🤣
Mine went threw a few changes now i got it like i want it , and had thoughts of chnging style so i bought another one ,so i didnt change it no more ,lol
I’m corrupting my friend Manny by convincing him to change things so I can work on his Sportster. All according to plan! 😈 🤣
@@JordanRay thats why i have 3 sportsters now ,lol like diff. Styles ,lol
What's that slip-on muffler that you put on it? Looks & sounds great.
Supertrapp, they make all sorts of applications.
That looks great
Finally going to work on my bike today. I really like watching the morphing you put the Sporty through. I'm curious though, how's the guitar playing going? 🙂
Slow and steady, still only know like 2 songs, but I am mostly struggling with hand flexibility. But I am still enjoying it.
I like the cleaner look! I’m wondering if you plane on going back to street tires?
Once I wear these out, yes.
Much better.
Change those tires out it will look nice
In the plans, gonna use these up some more first. Looking at the Kumho 712 currently.
@@JordanRay Shinko 712? Check out Kenda tires for another good value-priced option.
@@kenbowlus2995 ah yeah 🤣 looking at too many brands
Jordan are you going to keep the Nabi off-road tires on the Sportster or do you have a street Tire in mind in the future?
Thinking about getting the Rockford fosgate pmx hd14 for my 20 road glide. Is it a good investment? And will I loose my speedo
Like it much better!!
This is just my opinion but need to dump the knobbies
Awesome
Yup 👌👍😎
Hey Jordan what exactly do ya to the front end ? did you remove something ?as thats not seen in your editing.
It was a 4 inch tube extension that screws onto the top. I went back to a adjustable cap that I can change the preload again. I ran it when I did all the scrambling on gravel roads, sorry for not clarifying better.
@@JordanRay ok thanks .
Schmick👌
hope you did not inhale any asbestos
❤
👍👍
😎👌
Sell that bike you keep working on it too
The look of the stock bulb is so much better. The performance of the stock bulb sucks though!!
i can understand wanting the look of a old school bulb for your headlight. But, you have to consider the idiots out there on the road today in cars. A Bright LED bulb will get their attn. quicker than a ol skool incandescent bulb will. I don't know if you replaced the whole headlight assembly to get your LED setup, but all i did was replaced my bulb with LED. I agree with you that some of these aftermarket LED headlight setup's where you replace the entire housing, are funky looking and kinda look like they are from outer space, hence i just replaced my bulb. Your decision though, the ol skool look with a dim bulb that just maybe some cager might not see, or a newer led bulb that shines in their face and they see you.
