Cancer sun, Leo rising, Capricorn moon. I just joined 3000 artists from around the world in a transformational painting program. I've been an artist my whole life, but haven't painted since my early 20's (I'm now 63). This feels like a portal - like nothing will be the same for me after this. It feels like a reuniting with my truest self in a foundational way. I am dedicating myself to this and I feel amazingly free and happy!

This one really hit home, I'm 61, I can't retire yet as I'm paying for my youngest to go to college for another 2-3yrs. But I can't stand work. One of the major stressors is having vast knowledge and experience that isn't valued by the newer younger managers who don't have any of that and don't respect it or even acknowledge that it's a thing. It's like being Cinderella but in my case the wicked step-mother & sisters don't even realize that anyone is doing things for them...they just walk into a clean kitchen and assume it just happened. Anyway, so the work / career / recognition issue has been on my mind for the past few months as I try and figure a way out of the situation without significantly impacting the very good pay I'm currently receiving. Which is another thing...how long can someone just suck it up for the $? To people not making a good buck pissing and moaning about recognition sounds really lame. But to yet other people it's a sign of lameness to STAY. Glad Astrolada brought this up and I have much to think about.
Maybe let your college student finance their college education. It’s unhealthy to be stressed about work.

Lada so like all of this is so on point !! Imma cancer rising ... my dad was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and its been bringing up alot around healing the father wound ( i have a 12th house sun too) and then i was just nominated as the treasure for little people of america in my state my son has dwarfism and they already started implementing some ideas ive had around creating a program for inclusion in schools and im working on my website to launch my business but l also keep getting a nuge to start a podcast or youtube to share stories strangers always tell me these crazy stories and i feel they need to be shared for inspiration in the world

I 'm not in a position in which public recognition could be a good thing. I have a day chart, mars is a malefic. ruler of the year is also mars. in the solar return mars is the ruler of the chart and sits in the 10th house square uranus in the 7th. in the natal its in the 5th house conjunct saturn (both in scorpio). can someone stop the rollercoaster? Lada, how do we know to follow siedreal or traditional western? Sidereal Im a Cancer rising. Traditional I'm Leo rising.
Hi Lada, you said if the north node solar eclipse is in your 10th house from your ascendant in Cancer, you will be like a king. Does it only apply to Cancer ascendant or all the other ascendants?
Lada are you an Aquarius rising? Or Cancer rising because in 2011 Jupiter, Uranus were conjunct in Aries which would put that in your 10th house if your a Cancer rising
Other wise did your 3rd house help create your business ?
I kind of HAVE to travel to move around the 10th. Does this mean I should postpone somehow or will it be okay?
