Lada, do the three stars, Aldebaran,sirius, and algol have a 1 year orbit ? I just looked them up in my birth chart, and as of right now, July 9, they have just gone over my natal placements of these three stars. Cancer ascendant.
Hi, they always stay at the same place (fixed stars) at least within your lifetime. They move 1 degree per 72 years, so everyone born on earth will have them pretty much within a degree of their natal position or 2 if they live to 144 ;)

So new and full moons are always in the opposite signs. Sometimes it happens we might have 2 full or new moons in the same sign of the first one is at 1 degrees and the second one at the last degrees of the sign
Cancer rising cap sun definitely feels like a year of spiritual growth after those years of Pluto kicking everything down to build again. Quite like Jupiter in 12th.
