    Thank you for this help. I have been promising I would no longer drink but I kept breaking the promise until today. I only drink 5-10 times a year but every time I knew I should let this part of me go. Thank you for helping me ease out of my hang over

      Broke this about 5 times more since posting, now I have stopped 😅 now I use this weekly to feel good in general.

    I feel like wim hofs method is a bit better but this works too. We are oxygenizing our body and yes releasing inflammation
