Just a helpful hand, never put toothbrush covers while the bristles are still wet or even damp. That makes it a breeding ground for bacteria to multiply. The only time these covers should be used is when the bristles are completely dry and or for traveling when the toothbrush is dry.
Great point. Also city water usually contains enough fluoride so you should not supplement without checking with your dentist. Too much fluoride can be more harmful to the teeth than helpful. Just saying since I was a dental assistant and have seen it happen.

I too like diet sodas and my doctor has told me to not drink them cause they can still raise my blood sugars. But sometimes I just crave one. My favorite diet drink is Virgil's diet root beer. It tastes a bit spicy to me.
