@ongne1234 His Mini has two 4 cylinders bonded at the crankshaft and 4 twin turbos. It's called a W8. His Mini is WAY faster than the Veyron when you drop it from a plane.
I won't insult you by insinuating that you don't already know this, but do you realize just how INCREDIBLY RARE this car is? We all know that there are only a couple hundred or so Bugatti Veyrons in this world, and there are even fewer Bugatti Veyron Super Sports, but do you know how many Bugatti Veyron Super Sports there are with THIS particular paint scheme? This paint/color scheme is the World Record Edition of the Veyron Super Sport, and Bugatti made EXACTLY FIVE OF THESE. EVER. Lucky you!!!
Bugatti is an italian name, and Bugatti himself was italian who lived in Germany (Elsass/Alsace) when it was german, today its french territory. Bugatti is owned by Germany with german technology, the plant is just in France, very close to the german border. But seriously guys, how can someone think that "Bugatti" is either german or french, sounds nothing like german or french at all!
to make it clear once and for all: - the cars parts are built together in molsheim, france - the cars parts are made in salzgitter, germany, few miles away from wolfsburg, center of vw - the whole project was made from scratch, invented, engineered and produced by vw
The name is Italian, named after the founder Ettore Bugatti, the first cars were produced in Italy, after that they only have moved the factory in France and have teamed up with the VW Group, which produce the engine (sorry for my bad english, I'm german)
@stavi017 Yeah Engine Specs.... Standard: 8.0 L (488 cu in) W16 quad-turbocharged 1,001 PS (736 kW; 987 bhp) Super Sport: 1,200 PS (883 kW; 1,184 bhp), you are right about the speed tho, you can't succeed with out failure, am YOU right? :L
German car companies are expanding so fast. Porsche->VW Group Bentley->VW Group Lamborghini->VW Group Bugatti->VW Group Gumpert->VW Group Skoda->VW Group Seat->VW Group Ducati->VW Group MAN->VW Group Scania->VW Group Rolls Royce->BMW Group Who's next? :)
@Blackdavid2011 It's a w16 quad turbo. The w16 consists of two offset, double row banks of 8 cylinders sharing a common crankshaft. The configuration of the cylinders can viewed as very similar to the vr6 design only containing more cylinders.
@a1weeka it is a supersport yes, but it doesn't only come in 2 different paint jobs..the orange/carbon black is the 'world record edition' of which there are only 5 (i think) if you go onto the Bugatti website you can customize any Veyron, including the supersport..
orange bumpers can be painted black, too :) this definately is the SS as the "normal" veyron doesn´t have the aerodynamicly optimized engine cover. it has those huge silver "intake manifolds"....amazing cars nonetheless, both of them :D
@optimustait Nah, it is a 16.4 liter, just changed the wheels and has put the Supersport's. The Veyron SuperSport has an orange line under the doors too, not just orange wheels
It's a veyron. Veyron's aren't ricer cars, period. A ricer car is typically a 4 cylinder FWD car that either isn't very fast or just wasn't designed to be fast in the first place. Usually with neon lights, big ridiculous looking spoilers (or "ricer wings"), rims worth more than the car itself, cheesy "sponsor" stickers, and exotic paint. The mere fact that the veyron is AWD and has a quad-turbo 16 cylinder engine producing 1001 horsepower prevents the car from being classified as a ricer.
I think you guys misunderstand. A "ricer" is what people call Japanese and Korean made cars because of the stereo-type that asians like to eat rice. Now I could argue for days about the Bugatti's origin, but we all know it is not made in Japan or South Korea. So, regardless of the rim color, it is not a ricer.
Never did i say i liked the rims. But that is not race inspired cosmetic enhancement and in no way even close to rice. One of the fastest car in the world my friend
The Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4,mid-engined grand touring car, designed and developed by the Volkswagen Group and manufactured in Molsheim, France by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. n 1998, the Volkswagen Group purchased the trademark rights on the former car manufacturer Bugatti in order to revive the brand. The Veyron EB 16.4 is named in honour of Pierre Veyron, a Bugatti development engineer, test driver and company race driver who won the 1939 24 hours of Le Mans race driving a Bugatti :)
Some of the info in the decription is incorrect. The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds, has a top speed of 267 mph, and cost's closer to $2.5 million.
@SJM1994London i don't know, maybe this is a sport version of the normal one. The SS normaly has a different body kit, different lights at the back and another color... sorry if i'm wrong.
@omgweed1 Completely WRONG. It is a combination of two V8'S which produces the the W16 engine. The 16.4 Cylinder is ''Quad Turbocharged" ( 4 Turbo chargers ) and makes 1,100+ Horsepower.
It must be interesting driving a car that everyone wants to race, or at the very least see you launch it. Realistically, must let a lot of people down.
supersport world record edition does, that is not a world record edition as it does not have the orange bumper, side skirts or bronze colour, the owner just custom chose it upon the order of the veyron.
@stavi017 It isn't a 16.4 liter. The 16.4 denotes the fact that its a 16 cylinder engine, supplemented by 4 turbo chargers. Its a quad turbo charged, 8 liter w16.
@Meisenknoedel97 the ss can have two colors (carbon fiber and orange) with orange rims, or 1 color (blue painted carbon fiber) with black & chrome rims, which is a bit more expensive. this one is the blue painted with orange rims.
okay rims are the things on the side they are orange and the tires the rubber part which grips on the road makes the car go that fast because it needs tries to last
Colin4393, before stating something, get right information. Bugatti was created by a French businessman, named Ettore Bugatti in the 19th century, then purchased by a British businessman and finally, repurchased, by the german car industry, Volks Wagen :)
Japanese architect famous Smoky Naqata has the fastest car in the world when one asked for maximum speed. 420 said to him, a Toyota supra v12 twinturbo 1000 hp. There are contestants have the streets of cars faster than bugatti veyrone Most of the contestants who compete only the 300 only.
I agree with you, except what neither of those cars have is the same level of comfort, reliability, luxury and unless you're a very good driver you won't be able to control a 500hp skyline/supra let alone a 1200hp one. At the end of the day you can get 1000hp from a civic but if it lasts one run or 10 runs you'll never know. A bugatti will bash the limiter all day every day.
The Veyron always has been underlicense by Volkswagon which is German, never has been made by another company all Bugatti's are made in France by Bugatti.
@optimustait Quad turbocharged 8 liter w16. The 16.4 denotes that it is a 16 cyllinder engine with 4 turbochargers. 1001 hp in the 16.4 edition and 1,287 in the ss edition. 0-60 in 2.5 seconds in both editions, 0-100 in 5 seconds flat in the 16.4 and 4.3 seconds in the ss with similiar top speeds. Yeah, not a 16.4 liter lololol..
It comes factory like that. It was designed that way for the Super Sport, but yeah, go ahead and knock the car you will NEVER own, or have the pleasure of driving. It's the fastest street legal production car in the world (top speed). Koenigsegg has the quickest car (0-100kmph, 0-200kmph, 0-300kmph) production car in the world. Calling this dude a Ricer, you must not know what a ricer is..
Yes,the 16.4 Stands for 16 Cylinders and 4 Turbos or 4 Wheel Drive... and is probably a pychologically projected placebo to make the Naturally assuming individuals think: "woooooooow it's a 16.4 Litre/Liter!!" It is 7993cc/488Ci W16 Two V8's Side by side. Amazingly it only has 4 Camshafts 2 of them control 2 rows of Valves. EFFICIENT!! Amazing Car. Pity with all this info, we'll never need it, as 99.9999% of us will NEVER OWN ONE!!
@CanijAsa Actually the production version of the Veyron Super Sport is limited to 415km/h, and only 3 or 4 are totally de-restricted to be able to reach the 434km/h the car did last year. Anyways it's totally hypothetical because unless the owners have access to the VW test track,reaching those speeds on public roads is impossible. Not to mention dangerous. You think a car doing 150km/h in the overtaking lane will see a car coming from behind doing 400??
The NSX didnt even have a turbo and just 1/3 of the displacement of the Bugatti. It does better times on tsukuba and costs just 1/500 of what the Bugatti costs.
Some people are funny, if the car comes from factory with orange rims its not rice, if the guy that owns the car makes the rims orange its rice. And they are both made by some human and a bottle of paint. Just except the fact that people have different opinions how to style there cars.
@ongne1234
His Mini has two 4 cylinders bonded at the crankshaft and 4 twin turbos. It's called a W8. His Mini is WAY faster than the Veyron when you drop it from a plane.
@Meisenknoedel97
The Black/Orange Supersport is a special edition. This is definitely a Supersport if you look at the Naca ducts in the rear.
I like that 8.0L atmospheric engine 1200 hp!! nice
i love how you were trying to keep up with a supercar
I won't insult you by insinuating that you don't already know this, but do you realize just how INCREDIBLY RARE this car is? that looks so bad ass with the orange wheels
The name is Italian, named after the founder Ettore Bugatti, the first cars were produced in Italy, after that they only have moved the factory in France and have teamed up with the VW Group, which produce the engine (sorry for my bad english, I'm german)

@BOY4254 The 4 is referring to the number of turbochargers. Its displacement is 8 liters.
@mushroom032 i love people like you who always speak out of knowledge, it really put a smile on my face!
@phinboys Its a joke. The Bugatti's engine is 2 Audi R8 V8s welded together with turbos on them.
German car companies are expanding so fast.
Porsche->VW Group
Bentley->VW Group
Lamborghini->VW Group
Bugatti->VW Group
Gumpert->VW Group
Skoda->VW Group
Seat->VW Group

Scania->VW Group

Who's next? :)
nice little mini ^^
@Blackdavid2011 It's a w16 quad turbo. The w16 consists of two offset, double row banks of 8 cylinders sharing a common crankshaft. The configuration of the cylinders can viewed as very similar to the vr6 design only containing more cylinders.

Holy shit, you're MINI seems like an SUV compared to the Bugatti. I never realized how small they were
orange bumpers can be painted black, too :) this definately is the SS as the "normal" veyron doesn´t have the aerodynamicly optimized engine cover. it has those huge silver "intake manifolds"....amazing cars nonetheless, both of them :D
What are the odds?! Nice find! ;-)
I like how he just steps on it :D
@optimustait Nah, it is a 16.4 liter, just changed the wheels and has put the Supersport's. The Veyron SuperSport has an orange line under the doors too, not just orange wheels

youre both wrong, my description is right. is it really that hard for you guys to google this?? 16 is the number of cylinders.
@mushroom032 Actually it's two w8's put together, the engine found on one of the vw phaetons. The higher end phaeton has a w12.
i live in germany, and i can go to autobahn whenever i want :D :D
was du hast mich gefilmt :0
I think you guys misunderstand. A "ricer" is what people call Japanese and Korean made cars because of the stereo-type that asians like to eat rice. @mushroom032 I knew it doesn't have a 16L engine
correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the 16.4 stands for 16 cylinders and 4 turbo chargers
lol the car drives like if everybody were sitting still and it just takes off
Never did i say i liked the rims. But that is not race inspired cosmetic enhancement and in no way even close to rice. One of the fastest car in the world my friend
@optimustait it has 16 cylinders, 4 turbo chargers and an 8 liters engine with 1200 horse power

When Top Gear tested this Bugatti's test driver got 267mph (431kmh)
very nice find
@SJM1994London i don't know, maybe this is a sport version of the normal one.

it is, but people call it a 16L for some reason
It must be interesting driving a car that everyone wants to race, or at the very least see you launch it. Realistically, must let a lot of people down.
It isn't a 16.4 litre. the "16.4" designation is derived from its 16 cylinders and 4 turbos. it has an 8 litre engine.
16.4 litre and 1200 hp? if thats correct it must be tuned down by the factory or somthing to make it more practical for daily driving.
supersport world record edition does, that is not a world record edition as it does not have the orange bumper, side skirts or bronze colour, the owner just custom chose it upon the order of the veyron.
gives you an idea of how dimensionally tiny the veyron is... how they managed to make something that small weigh that much is beyond me.
@stavi017 the 16.4 means, 16 cylinder and the 4 is for quad turbo.
Nice mini cooper bro.
@stavi017 It isn't a 16.4 liter. The 16.4 denotes the fact that its a 16 cylinder engine, supplemented by 4 turbo chargers. Its a quad turbo charged, 8 liter w16.

@stavi017 16.4 on the veyron stands for w16 engine with 4 turbos.
the name is french and it is produced in france by VW (a german company).
no he is right, when the first veyron 16.4 came out it was made in france by a france manufacturer, the new ones are all german but :)
the w configuration is 2 vbanks of 8 cylinders that share a driveshaft
the whole car is supersport, jees
nice pants you got there
@Choice777 its a Veyron 16.4 with orange rims.
@mushroom032 also the orange wheels. though that only applies to 5 of those supersports.
okay rims are the things on the side they are orange and the tires the rubber part which grips on the road makes the car go that fast because it needs tries to last
*Droolz over Bugatti* I girl can dream!
It has 2 v8s, If you add 8+8 you get 16 thats why its a w16.
the question is, how did you even catch up to him in the first place? id be ripping ass down the autobahn in a buggati
Colin4393, before stating something, get right information. Bugatti was created by a French businessman, named Ettore Bugatti in the 19th century, then purchased by a British businessman and finally, repurchased, by the german car industry, Volks Wagen :)
a pokeball is waaaaaaay prettiest

even scratching the paint with a knife would look better than those orange wheels...
welche Autobahn war das ? ;)

Actually, it's an Italian name / brand, purchased by VW.

Yeah, not a 16.4 liter lololol..
5 to be exact, the world record edition
I could tell by the shape of the window and that speedometer that u are in a mini cooper:)
Actually no they don't.. Only the WRE version has orange rims

that was me !!! ;)
IDK where Bugatti got the 16.4 from, but if you think thats how large the engine is then your wrong. 16.4 liters and only 1200hp? that would be weak
0-60 is actually the same as the regular veyron, 2.5 seconds.
16 stands for 16 cylinders, and the 4 stands for 4 turbochargers. the engine itself is 8.0 L
Yes,the 16.4 Stands for 16 Cylinders and 4 Turbos or 4 Wheel Drive... and is probably a pychologically projected placebo to make the Naturally assuming individuals think: "woooooooow it's a 16.4 Litre/Liter!!"

That Bugatti shits Mini Coopers.
@optimustait wasnt the 0-60 time the same as the standard veyron??
what car did you have?
To make some things clear the top speed was 267mph on Volkswagen test track.
One small correction : 267mph ^^
@CanijAsa
Actually the production version of the Veyron Super Sport is limited to 415km/h, and only 3 or 4 are totally de-restricted to be able to reach the 434km/h the car did last year. Your car still has the price tag on it.
Actually the name is Italian (Ettore Bugatti) and it is built by Germans (VW) in France (Molsheim)
The NSX didnt even have a turbo and just 1/3 of the displacement of the Bugatti.
It does better times on tsukuba and costs just 1/500 of what the Bugatti costs.
@Entertain2Bfame The top speed is actually 271 but on average its 264 :)
u see, the orange rims add about 500 horsepower.
Some people are funny, if the car comes from factory with orange rims its not rice, if the guy that owns the car makes the rims orange its rice. And they are both made by some human and a bottle of paint. Just except the fact that people have different opinions how to style there cars.
@swordkillax - 8.0L, W16, 1204 BHP, quad turbos running 18.5 psi EACH to be exact. ;)
If I was rich, I would mismatch the rim colors and add flames down the side of this Veyron just to piss people off.
Veyron Super Sport's actually come with orange rims...
Some have Silver trim. There's an orange type and a silver type.
Eco fuel driving mode? :O
@nukeurhouse12 It is, unless the roof scoop is modified too, which I highly doubt.
Wrong.
Both are streetlegal cars.
Both are rated as Supersportcars.
Both have the MR Layout.
The only differences are in the Characteristics.
It was originally like that and It's a German manufacturer. That's 10 k paint job on the rims.
yes i know what you ment but its the tires not rims :)
