Hearing kirk talk about memories for his boys. I know hes gonna ball out! The falcons have a talented young core for kirk to succeed! Wish him and the Falcons the best going forward!
kirk cousins a real 1 💯
That comment about wanting to stay in Atlanta and making those memories for his kids, giving them something to remember him by made me respect him even more than I already do and my respect for him was already high after watching him in Quarterback on Netflix.
Real 1 win qb 😂😂😂😂
good for Pitts that man kirk been getting a bag for like 6 years now 😂😂
How is this good for him? Pitts didn’t get anything from him.
@@robertkent6900he literally says it costed him 100k to get the number from Kyle
He said it would have cost him several hundred thousand @@robg643
@robg643 no...he said the NFL said him and Pitts would have to buy all the jersey back in order to change numbers...which would have cost them hundreds of thousands. He didn't say the exact number.
Then he said neither one of them wanted to pay that price tag so they left it alone.
Falcons traded away Julio, and Pitts became the biggest attraction in 2021, in his rookie season. He hasn’t lived up to the hype after his rookie season.
It's not his fault, he's done really well for a tight end with 3 shitty qbs, rookie year he hit 1000 yards as a te, I'm sure he's gonna have an amazing year this year
@@adilsucksI agree. His low numbers post rookie season were mainly due to less targets. It's almost like Matt Ryan as a veteran qb insisted on implementing him into the game plan , and after he left Arthur Smith took full control without veteran qb input and went back to what he knows best which is a VERY run heavy scheme.
@@adilsucksArthur Smith was hands down the worst thing to happen to the Falcons.
Dudes a bum...
Dam I was shocked at how much Kirk knew about shaq that’s dope. Real sports head
It’s Shaq how can you not know about him
@@deesee2051 a lot of people def just know shaq but he knew his numbers when he went to teams he knew the contract situation he knew that last two teams. I bet u ask any random that 100 percent knows shaq I bet they won’t know that stuff
Kirk is an NFL QB. If he can prepare for an NFL defense, he can prepare for an interview with one of the most famous athletes of all time.
FALCONS LOVE YEAH
Yall should have Hakeem The Dream
Lol Kirk getting roasted for his contracts in here.
Dude perfectly leveraged his talent and timed it up and got lucky with injury luck on those Washington years.
Kirk is a solid QB and is going to one of the best offenses he’s been a part of imo.
He’s also just one of the best actual persons in the league.
I’m not a Vikings or Falcons fans but I am a Kirk fan and think this year will be interesting.
I’m a Vikings fan and if we don’t win it all I’d love it if Kirk could.
Go Green, Go White😎
Shaq had "a house in Orlando on the beach".....???????? No beaches within 1hr 😂 😂 😂
If you really listened, he said he was living in Orlando, and had a beach house in LA that he was already visiting all the time.
@@NashvilleFootballJunkie ahh, I'll go back and rewatch then! Thanks for clarifying. Because I have a genuine hatred for those who say "Beach life!!" and when you ask where they're from they say Orlando. Like no, that's a swamp, not a beach 😂
Orlando is an hour or less from the nearest beach it takes 3-4x that time to travel across LA so I would say living in Orlando is just as beachy as LA
I believe him
We believed him in Minnesota too
@@chasemorin8131Y'all act like bitter exes in all of the comments on Kirk interviews. Just an observation.
Note on Otani, my understanding is he's only taking $2 million a year while playing and then getting paid the bulk of his contact after his 10 years are up and I've heard that it's structured that way so that he can get paid that while living somewhere else with lower income taxes.
It doesn't work that way. You pay taxes in the state where your paycheck is earned. He's just guaranteeing that he's set the rest of his life, no matter what injury or anything else might happen.
@@benji3900 facts
Whatever it takes to win a championship. As long as it doesn't involve taking less money to build a team. Don't worry Kurt, we will always remember your one playoff win in six years. You robbed the Vikings, and now the falcons.
Shaq was so obsessed with 100 million that he gave up 3 million a season as well . Orlando’s deal was 20 a year lakers was 17
9 figure breakthrough.
"If you're worried about paying taxes, make more money"
He made WAY more money being in marketable LA in endorsements & biz deals.
@@jake.presents yeh but endorsements isn’t why he signed with lakers. He signed because they offered him 120 million for 7 and Orlando “only” offered 80 million for 4
@laffo1980 if I'm not mistaken, basketball contracts are fully guaranteed. That's 40 mile security against a career ending knee injury
👍🏿👍🏻❤
😳🥺🥲😢
Pitts sucks! What a bust!!
Can’t do anything when your team sucks and you play a dependent position
Kirk conned another team lol Falcons could have had Lamar last season 🤦🏾♂️
Lamar, LOL.
That's falcons problem anyways ravens had Lamar and they still lost
Lamar was never leaving the Ravens. Everyone knows that..what rock have you been stuck under that you still believe that lame narrative. 😂
No offense but the falcants ain’t gonna win shit in his tenure
Opinions are like belly buttons…everyone has one and they usually stink...smh
@Paula-mv8im just because it's different than yours lol. Stupid comment
Agreed. Falcons always disappoint. This will be no different. Mets of the nfl , except no championship
@@Paula-mv8im you know they ain’t winning shit don’t start
and neither will probably 30 other franchises.....
Damn shaq was definitely an awful teammate
Kirk they signed you because the owner is done with Black QBs let’s be honest you aren’t BETTER than Russ and Justin Fields has way more upside. This man has finessed the NFL damn near every contract he’s signed. Shaq you were undoubtedly the #1 Option whereas Kirk is coming to a team with a Pre Built Offense where all you have to do is deliver the ball on time.
bro fitting in race where it isnt warranted, get over yourself. Kirk may not have the talent of those two QB's but he plays 10x better when stuff needs to get done.
@@ThatJunnyBoy it’s definitely WARRANTED because last year Arthur Blank EXPLICITLY said he didn’t want anything to do with a League MVP because under 30 years old and 1 year later signs a 35 year old Pocket Passer who had been middle of the pack at best come on man. Wtf else do you call it? Lamar could’ve grown with the Offense in Atlanta.
@@jaedynstjuste1708 none of that means racism plays a role, & you sitting here acting like Lamar wanted to go to Atlanta? You have zero idea what goes on in the background talks between these orgs. I do think fields could absolutely thrive in this Atlanta team, but again we don’t know if they even would’ve accepted a deal from them. The fact is cousins did & could do some damage with this team. Just stop fitting “racism” into anything & everything it’s not always the case lol
@@jaedynstjuste1708He also tried to sign Watson which they sent Matt out of town prematurely for. Then the deal fell through cause the Browns made a huge offer. Shitty conspiracy theory bro.
Done with black QB’s you say? 😂 oof
