    毎回素敵な動画でうっとりしています。私は京都の祇園生まれなので、この辺りはとても懐かしいですね。このすぐ近くにある菊乃井の村田さんとは同じ幼稚園でした。私はいつも一人での食事なので、和久傳は室町の方なんですが、やはり本店はならではの趣がありますね。感心したのはどこもかしこもノドグロ(赤ムツ)なのに、敢えてクロムつを選ぶところに流石だなと思いました。ちなみに沿岸で獲れるムツの子供(ムツっこ)は煮付けにしてとっても美味しいです。もっとも一流料亭では出ませんけどね。そんなことで、今回もごちそうさまでした。
