You are a rare Gem. You've always made sax tutorials EASY ON ME. Appreciate you
Very kind of you!
I enjoyed this lesson and was very impressed by the sound of the JP sax. Thank you Nigel!
Brill. Glad you liked the sound of the sax too.
This is lovely.
Thanks for your good works.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Nigel. This is so cool warm up (as your other warm ups as well in SaxSchool). I just love your warm ups! They are so interesting and ingeniously done!

Cheers Adam!
This is a great video!
Cheers!
Hey Nigel. I love the background rhythm. Other than using the mouse to repeat that rhythm, is there another way to play it repeatedly? Thanks, Russell
that JP sounds great, very warm! great workout Nigel!
Cheers Dave. Have you tried one?
@@McGillMusicSaxSchool I have not, I have a friend that manages a store and I think he may have one, he mentioned it a bit ago so I am anxious to give it a go!
Woow This is very beautiful my friend! 👏🏼You did an awesome job 😊 (I covered this too btw) ☺️.
Cheers Euben!
HA Ive actually been using this song myself.
Oh cool!
what do you think of the JP alto Nigel ?
H Nick. Actually I really like it. I've been using it this week for videos - plays great and is surprisingly good value I think.
the JP AS400 alto sounded quite good...nice sound....of course it sounds like you playing as it would whatever horn you use. How did you find the tuning?....there were quite a lot of tuning issues I thought listening to both horns playing together. Is that to do with the alto or just trying to play out of tune saxophone in tune LOL. Angus
Hi Angus, the tuning is slightly different to my Yamaha saxes but I think overall not an issue. Any inconsistencies in the video is just my dodgy playing!
@@McGillMusicSaxSchool ...the trial of any sax player...making the instrument play in tune! LOL Do you think the AS400 is worth the money would be my next question? Thanks
My height is 5,4 and I wanna play the tenor saxophone I'm switching from alto saxophone to tenor saxophone somewhere around feburary 5th would I be to short to play tenor saxophone? If anyone can pleas help me out with this question it would be helpful thank you
Great question Maison. I haven't met anyone who is too small to play tenor sax - it's really more about getting your neck strap and hand position right. Go for it and have fun.
@@McGillMusicSaxSchool thank you so much
