I just stayed there in early October. The bathrooms in some of the buildings need a complete upgrade, forget about TV (most channels do not work), and the internet is unreliable. The best things I found were the nightly entertainment, the food most days, and the helpful staff.
Yes it's a shuttle for your excursions you purchase but you can always find a driver at the resort that will take you wherever you want to go for a fee of course🤷🏿

Have stayed here 7 times. Each time getting worse and worse. I’m sure it’s great if you have never been to any other resort and don’t have something to compare it to. Rooms especially bathrooms are outdated, run down, and kind of gross. Staff used to be friendly but now are rude and not helpful. Food was terrible, almost inedible. Soda machines were broken for the entire week of my last stay. Water sports never open, stage area has been the same since my first time attending about 15 years ago. It’s difficult to stomach going all the way to Jamaica and having to stay just a few hundred feet away from Half Moon next door which is other worldly.
I've stayed here 4 times . Must admit, from the first time we stayed, it had gone down hill from the last time e stayed, which was 4 years ago..... The couple of times was we stayed was great. Run with families orientated . No just male or female groups. Internet has never been great on any of the times we stayed. It was nice that the kids room was free, but a pain if you took teenagers, because there room you had to pay, and it wasn't cheap. The last couple of times where the downer. To me, it wasn't much family orientated , and each to there own, but all you could smell everywhere was marijuana, including on some of the staff . It's a shame. The people are amazing, and the place wasn't 5 star, but it was good enough for us. But i wouldn't go back again.

We stayed his thanks to apocalypse SW 2022. Great for kids. Bit dated but clean and great for a first time all inclusive experience.

There is a shuttle bus to margritaville the water park.. least there was in 2019 i thonk.. there are shops there

This place is subpar at best. Kids activity center was closed. The water sports was not open most of the time and customer service was wack.
