Oh it was lovely Beth😋I made a tikka masala curry tonight in the 11n1 - 1st time making tikka masala - absolutely delicious (usually just have a korma out of a jar!😄)
I made this last week and got so many compliments and had to share the recipe on, told them to visit your channel. Anyway, I am now about to make it again for tomorrow's dinner. This tasted amazing. Thank you again Kerry xxx ❤
Hi Kerry I made this last night and they were amazing! I did add peppers and onions, I also found it hard to turn them, I used tongs. Thank you for another delicious recipe. X
I love watching you in the kitchen, you're a great cook. I had a laugh when you were going in the fridge and when you were turning the kebabs over and they kept falling off, I think I would have been swearing. You made a great meal. Well done
Thank you Ron😀👍I think that's a great suggestion, I will look out for flat skewers, just grabbed what I had bought when I first got the ninja, not the greatest set up but did the job (eventually!)😄
Oh Kerry that looked good. You could try putting the rest of the marinade over potatoes and then roasting them. You have done it again tummy rumbling and not even had breakfast yet.
Aww thanks Julie😀👍💕 I made a tikka masala curry tonight and cooked the leftover marinade for 5 mins on it's own (to kill any poss bacteria) and added it to the sauce. 1st time making tikka masala - absolutely delicious (usually just have a korma😄)
Hi Kery. Great recipe!! I do skewers of chicken or sausage interspersed with pieces of onion and peppers. Like you, I find turning difficult but I just let what will be...be!! Bits that fall off are just as delicious on the plate. You are being very adventurous with spices.. I'm a bit wary of them. Suz likes spicier food than me, so she has a bottle of chilli sauce to add to her meal...I'm not offended!!! Mel xx
Aww that's lovely Mel💕, like your chicken/sausage skewer combo😋 Al is like that, adds chilli flakes to everything, I'm not so keen on hot spice but flavourful! Yes please 😄hope you both have been enjoying some sunshine these last few days, it's been lovely to finally see some warm sunny weather
That chicken tikka looks spot on Kerry. I am a serious "curry head" and I do have a more complicated mixture of spices that I use, but yours looks fine. Can I venture to say that the chicken pieces were a little too cramped on the skewers? Less crowded would cut down on cooking time, but you would have to use both drawers. The excess yoghurt sauce I would use as the base for a chicken tikka masala, with a bit of help from Pataks Tikka Masala Paste. Kia Ora from New Zealand. 💗
Thank you 😀👍 they were a bit crowded tis true, only had those 4 skewers. The next night I made tikka masala curry (for the 1st time) and used the leftover mainade in that, my spices repertoire is growing, had the tikka masala blend in stock although it'll prob be cheaper to do the individual spices for that. All really good though, really enjoying cooking with spices rather than relying on a jar.😄👍
Thank you Julie😀💕this is where I got the hob cover Link to hob cover amzn.eu/d/dmZzp6a but it looks like its sold out, if you put jocca 6414 into google you may find it elsewhere 👍👍
Tikka kebabs look lovley kerry! I prefer to use naan bread to make kebabs! Those pitta breads always seem to break up when filling them! You could always use Warburtons pockets aswell you can fill them really easy have a look for them! Love how you put the camera in the fridge when you're marinating! Also can I ask you what the title is of the music you play over you're vids! Thank you x
Thank you Leon😀👍Naan bread def a good option. The music is from epidemic sound, a subscription service, it's called The Windmill by Roy Edwin Williams😀👍👍
Hi Kerry, l would put less loaded skewers and divide it between the two drawers, that will also give you more manoeuvrability and more air circulating. Can l make a reservation please. The marinade can be used for veg, cauliflower etc and cooked in the AirFryer. Lovely just watching you growing and expanding your knowledge for your Channel. ❤👋👏
Aww thank you Trish💕💕I need two of those metal trays the skewers sit on but it worked in the end👍👍 I used the leftover marinade in a tikka masala curry (made 1st time) after cooking it for 5 mins on it's own, ensure any potential bacteria has been killed from the raw meat👌 the curry was lovely😋😋
Looked lovely Kerry, goodness turning those kebabs looked more than a bit tricky, I might have lost it trying to turn them you have far more patience than me that’s for sure. Xx
Hi Kerry, try slightly smaller chi!cken bits. I use two smallish metal knitting needles each bent 90 degrees about an inch from the pointy end... They lift the skewers dead easy and don't stop the skewers turning...Your welcome x
Oh good tip thank you George! 👍👍 I don't have any knitting needles but am thinking metal tent pegs (clean ones😄) with the bent top might be the same as your knitting needles? 👍
That looks just like a Tikka takeaway. Going to give these a go next weekend .I always buy Warbutons pitta bread, just a few pennies more but worth it so far never had trouble with breaking up and if in the reduce bread place then that's what we call a Brucie bonus 😃
Kerry, can I ask where you got the temperature probe from? It looks really simple to use. Absolutely love your videos, really easy to follow. Many thanks xx
Aww thank you Amanda💕💕I've had that years, cannot remember where I got it from but I did a quick Google search and best priced one exact same - bar the colour😀👍 www.nisbets.co.uk/hygiplas-easytemp-colour-coded-white-thermometer/j242
Hi Kerry Kerry getting spicy 😮did you release the cameraman from the fridge 😃 home cooking always better it's just the time it takes shame you didn't taste the hot sauce 😩

Hi Kerry
you need to get yourself some flat skewers they stop the meat from spinning. They look absolutely wonderful I'll have to try those.
Thank you Ron😀👍I think that's a great suggestion, I will look out for flat skewers, just grabbed what I had bought when I first got the ninja, not the greatest set up but did the job (eventually!)😄
This is my weekday dinner, thank you

I also got mine from Amazon it’s identical to Kerry’s even the red.
I do a lot of indian cooking and those look very tasty Kerry 🙂
Thank you Ingrid 💕💕It was lovely it really was😋
Can you use the airfryer to dry the chips instead of waiting for them to do it naturally?
These days I don't bother drying - I just chop, oil and chuck in and they turn out absolutely fine😀👍
Didn’t you have a tea towel to use instead of oven gloves
Looks yummy x
Thank you Sharon😀👍💕it really was, def will make again😋
Thanks
Thank you very much Kev! That's really so nice of you💕💕
Hi Kerry Kerry getting spicy 😮did you release the cameraman from the fridge 😃 home cooking always better it's just the time it takes shame you didn't taste the hot sauce 😩
