Hello Julia! I am a huge fan of yours! You are really inspiring me more to be part of the radiology field (since it has been part of my dream since I was young especially forensic) anyways, just wanna ask regarding rad tech job. If you did x-ray to your patient, then sooner or later whenever the result was already released, will you still sign, write, or stamp your name on the patient's result or only the radiologist? because I really wanna see my name written on the patient's result (soon) because some are saying yes and no, so as an inspiring rad tech, I am very curious about that thing because like who's accountable for the procedure or documentation? Thank You!

In x-ray, every single xray taken should have a marker on every single image. The markers have an R (right) and L (left) plus your initials. These legally display that you're the one who took the image and to demonstrate to the Radiologist which side of the body is which. However when you're talking about the report, only the Radiologist's name is on it

As a former optician, I'm now retired. Putting contacts onto your corneas everyday is about the worst thing you can do to your eyes. It was shocking how many people I saw that had eye infections and eye ulcers as a result of wearing contacts. Not to mention one that had a blood vessel growing into the side of her eye. Also the result of contact lens wear. Wearing glasses will never cause any of those things. Actually it really isn't the contact lenses that's the issue. It's the abuse from the wearers. Contact lenses are really only meant to be wore for 10 - 12 hours a day and not more than 5 days a week. hardly anyone does that. It's usually more like 14 - 16 hours a day and 7 days a week. That doesn't even take into account how many times people fall asleep with their lenses still on. In your video you said that you rely on your contact lenses every single day. That's not what you should be relying on everyday. Your eyes need much longer breaks from contacts than that. Then you went on to say that you always order a years supply because you never want to run out because theirs no worse feeling than having one week left before running out. It really wouldn't be the worst thing at all if you were to run out and have to wait a week or two to get more lenses. I'm sure your eyes would enjoy the break. There's a reason why when you start wearing contacts that you are required to get yearly eye exams. It's not to see if you need an increase in your prescription. it's so the optometrist can check the health of your eyes to see if their still healthy enough to wear contacts. Are you aware that if your doctor determines deterioration in the health of your eyes he or she can refuse you wearing contacts.
You're a very attractive young lady and you don't look any less attractive wearing glasses. In fact your new glasses all look really good on you. Why bother getting so many really cute glasses if you don't intend to ever wear them in public. If you haven't been paying any attention glasses have really become a must have for most women. Glasses aren't just to improve your eyesight anymore. there also now considered as a really nice fashion accessory. Stop in any fashion boutique and you will find several racks of really cute "fake" glasses. those glasses are for the women that want the glasses "look" but don't need prescription glasses. Trust me, if hose boutiques weren't selling a decent amount of those glasses they wouldn't have those racks taking up valuable floor space.
