    Health/Hypertrophy: Volume in Compounds, Unilateral Movements, Core, etc...
    On a DIFFERENT day:
    Conditioning: Anaerobic Conditioning @ 25 minutes tops!

    Would love to see a detailed video on explosive movement from dead stop. From perhaps multiple positions, such as standing and sprinters start, nfl line start.

    Let me tell you something, there is physical examination of Madhya Pradesh police, there are 3 events in it, running 800, shot put and long jump, if you want you can make a video, you can give some tips or motivation, you will get a good response and you will also like it, it will be of 100 marks, which I will tell you, 800 meter running, 40 marks in 204 seconds, remaining 30 marks in 2:23 and shot put, 30 marks on 28.08 feet or 30 marks of 18 feet long jump, strength training in gym can be told specially this event, please answer yes or no 🙏😊

      In Maharashtra police bharti physical There is 1600 meter in 5.10 out of 20 marks shotput 8.50 meter 15 mark and 100 meter 11.50 sec 15 marks
