I think the coordinates are incomplete po. should include 25 deg N, 120 deg of east. I've seen the same in PAGASA's website, but it doesn't jive with the photo they used.

As far as i know , taiwan is included in the PAR, why is it different from the plotted PAR taught in grade 8 LM? And also different from the image PAR shown by PAGASA during their weather update?
