I really like the A5suited jam as it’s a perfect hand to do it but each time he 3-bets I think it’s usually stronger each time. Nice run but a sickening result. GG
I understand your point but why would you risk the final table by doing that? Understandable in another instance of the tourney but why there ? Pav is great and his poker level is out of my reach, but wish he could’ve just folded that A5, I really wanted him to be in that FT.
Maybe in a lower stakes tourney not in your biggest possible collecy
They are the plays that are needed in these tournies, Pav is an awesome player but I think that deep in a 1k the players are going to be strong.. Either was it is a tough spot and I am fine with either jam or not. We also have to realize that these are just highlights we are watching that’s crammed into a short video. Many many more hands were played which I am sure Pav took into consideration before jamming.
That A5 was just not a good play he was already bleeding chips. His arrogance blinds him at times. That A5 shove just isn’t worth the risk he had already lost 33% of his chips to raise/calls etc. 4 bet shoving there can easily be showing frustration instead of picking a good spot. He was still trying to play like he was the chip leader with 120million chips.
@@eduardomora9341 because it is not about reaching the final table and becoming like 7th, but poker is about winning or atleast like top 3
Started with part 2...can’t be too disappointed with 13th given all the breaks you had. Liked your thought process on that four spade bluff with 3’s👍
Good run my dude
Good run pav, best of luck in the future!
Great run Pav!!! Unfortunate with the A5, but you were solid throughout!
Mate that pocket 3s hand was art.
keep up the grind my man, you'll geddit soon !
@Justin Ward that`s like a 3 days buy-ins for him i doubt that`s a sick score haha
I learn from u on every post, great run, on to the next 😜
Damn, was wishing you the best. Great run and nice cash.
Salute Pavlovski. Great run!
nice run pav!!!
Nice run Pav!!!
Oh man, the first couple all in calls. Straight fire!
Forget the A5 but the table switch meant changing and tightening up, Pav knew it , he commented on it , but continued to bluff the higher stacks and dripped away even before the A5. I do it so often when I feel I've played out of my skin and the poker gods switch me to the only seat I wouldn't want, but then i just get a little tilted and can't switch gears . then knowing the now stronger stacks have seen me raising far to often keep 're raising me and watching me fold. The only flaw in pavs game, the A5 was a car crash, tilted frustration shove and 24 hours later, calmed down, he will know it verses an aggressive player.
You have to change when table dynamics change, great run though and great to watch.
he was in way over his head, just a terrible player who sun runs. he always spews off his chips trying to battle good players, while blinding down to 2bb trying to get the next pay jump lol. Pathetic pos he is.
@@simpbarker2413 Pav sun runs? Lol he had like a 1 in a million downswing last year. They actually did a statistical analysis video on how bad he was running. I’ve seen pav take more bad beats than perhaps anybody I’ve ever seen.
@@simpbarker2413 Jesus, someone needs a cuddle.
Why so serious 😂
@@mrburns805 nah, that downswing was based on a fantasy RIO from his heater. In reality hes a losing player, just running like god. Watch him play for 1 day and any good player knows hes a fish. Weak tight other than random punts when he tries to be LAG but has no idea how to do it correctly. lol
Man, that A5 was brutal to watch. That pot was probably worth over $200k in equity
Super hard to watch, instead of folding 2.2BB, or arguably calling another 6.8BB.. to shoving 50BB? Suicide punt
@@Baconpillin I’d have to agree, there’s way better spots then that, and when it’s a tournament with that much up top it’s better to take your middle stack to the final table then make a play like that. With the table draw he had I would have rather played super tight and hope to get a better draw on the final table them try and force it sandwiched between those 2 big stacks.
Wow that A5s was maaad jam, nice win anyway man, cg!
Betting with the essential nut low on a four-way limp pot with 11.9BB behind 30:10 is why I'll never be as good as you. You're crushing!
its why you will never be as bad l ol
excellent run my G
GG you’ll be back
Nice run!
Give it to em mate!!
Brutal. Tough finish. Unlucky.
very well played, so sad bout the result. would have been nice to chiplead this tourney all the way to the scoopage. your time will come :-) keep it up!
Good run. Can't wait till your playing 1k and 5ks regularly.
Great run and I feel your disappointment 😔 but you’re still the man Pav ! 😍
Wow... Never knew Shia Labouf is British and played poker 😂😂😂
Great Stream!!
Nice job pav.

You punted with the ace-5 diamonds. Too much icm pressure there
I cant say much bc I've never been in that position. But I wanna say I would have been ICM folding a lot more with that pay jump. Would have gone full Nit

Nail biting stuff. Another great upload. Wtf so few views
TAKE IT DOWN PAV much love
Shoving 50 BB with A5 suited, just to pressure a 8BB raise from a 30BB stack? Final two tables of a major score? ICM suicide punt ouch
Very well played anyways Pavs, gg
Maybe tighten your usual ranges in one off tourney runs in such high stakes tourneys near final table?
On to the next, 27 buy ins with momentum baby!
ouch thats a punt, nice run tho
Good job

It's completely baffling that people are questioning 30bbs 4-bet bluffs with A5s. It's pretty close to standard to do so, otherwise, what other 4-bet bluffs could you ever have? The shorter stack has ICM pressure too. If he has AQs, Js,10s, AJs, etc, the shorter stack will most likely fold. Pav just got unlucky and ran into the top of his range (with over 33% EQUITY). There's a reason he can be disappointed with a $27,800 Score from a $109 satellite, HE'S BETTER THAN YOU, his viewer, and is able to even get this far.
Its baffling because your as bad as poker as pav. Villain was not all in, Pav took 10 seconds to chose ICM suicide and it was hilarious to watch him punt off a one in a life time spot. You simply do not bluff there with the ICM, pav was in way over his head, hes literally a fish micro reg who is playing high stakes because he has had the heater of the century. The fact you are even worse than him is why you think hes a good player, hes not even a good micro reg, if you see the stupid crap he does. He is a terrible arrogant pos, and I have no idea why idiots like you support this phaggot. That punt made my whole month. lol.
Don't justify this play, It was a big mistake and a massive error if you follow ICM. People watch players like pav to learn and 30bb this deep in his position against a 3bet 3.8x raise is 100% not a rejam. Its genially tilting watching it tbh......
on top of that the SB range is always smaller against UTG raises due to being out of position so if the sb is 3.8x 3betting this deep on a ft bubble he is 100% going to have a premium.....
@@simpbarker2413 jesus dude, hope you're ok
Fair play. GG. All those hours for a moment of madness (in my opinion). Learn from the experience and onto the next. Id have preferred to come from behind instead of chip lead, but im rubbish anyway. Love the vids x
Yes you are rubbish and your opinion is meaningless.
@@Johnny-cz2wv why would you waste your time being mean and cruel. At that level and money the A5 suited all in, is pretty insane for a hundred grand. Im only flippin with QQ,KK,AA. Keep being nasty and cruel. I will respect your opinion 😃
@@serendipity926 you called the play 'a moment of madness' yet you have no authority nor reasoning to make that claim. So no, I don't respect your opinion.
@@Johnny-cz2wv You know deep down as well as I do, that the feeling of power being chip leader and doing well to hold onto it for hours, eventually catches up with you when others stacks catch up. Lose the lead and we begin to chase that big stack power. A5 suited is a great all in, in the same spot in a 55 dollar. But for life changing money, madness.

Man I know it kinda sucks but making 27k from 109 is really good.
Hate the jam on a5 that close that long to fck it throw it all.away with that hand ..hmmm debatable
why on earth does someone shove A5 there totally brain afk
1 move just ruin whole good run XD
Exactly. Imagine thinking a short stack is picking on you by 3 betting him a few times with 2 tables left and 700k up top
Wow srsly.. What a throw. Guess money doesn't play a role for him.
lol against these sickos if we have no 4! bluffs or flats we're gonna get fucked up, perfectly standard at some frequency to use a3-a5s as a 4! jam, pavy just ran into it
Pav you the man and i ain’t even close to your standard but that was such a punt. I am so distraught it feels like I’ve lost the opportunity
ICM makes that A5s a muck or flat. Seeing the A5s jam this deep/late in a tourney is sickening, I watch your stream a lot and was quite surprised to see it. I understand the theory and in other tourney's I get the play but in this instance you shouldn't be bluff jamming on a ft bubble with close to 800k up top. Still an amazing run, good job getting so deep, get them next time bro!
It's because of players like you that make 3 betting anything decent in that spot a profitable play, because of "final table bubble" "800k up top" yada yada yada. Flatting A5s there is probably the worst play out of the 3 with that stack depth...
@@JokerTucker I would be folding everything but jj+ that deep loool and still would be flatting jj. Dont justify this play loool
@@sigi-cs exactly, that's why the good players make the $$ in tourneys and the fish just fold everything when they get deep so 3 betting is SUPER profitable lolol Folding except JJ+!? Holy moly.
@@JokerTucker not only is it fundamentally the wrong play which pav already admitted, (I watch his stream a lot) but on top of that if you put this board through any chart I.e the one he is advertising called 'icmizer' it will come out a losing play, he made this decision on the fact the guy was rasing his small blind a lot essentially an online tell, this is deffo a punt bro.
@@sigi-cs yea idk with +120m i'd just fold AK easily and wait for the final table to make moves. I think because he lost that one flip with J9o against the short stack should've been a sign to stop trying to all in people and wait it out but what can you do at the end of the day u can have AA and lose to 7 2 because poker gods. Understand that u can be chip leading but if u get involved in pots you can be out in less than 5 minutes. no matter the stakes. I really thought it was gonna be better than 13th place .... not bad but just not good enough like 27k is a joke compared to the prizes at the final table.
Dang...So many blinds with massive pay jumps, A5 looking back now do you still feel the right shove?
(In )Greedy mdfckr a bit of joker shot with A5

I’m not a pro but that deep and your stack size isn’t that considered a punt with a5 I mean a fold and go to the next hand would of been my choice but again I’m not the pro you are and I really respect your game just odd that deep and you put it in with a5 suited anyway good run and gg man you’ll get the nyext one 👍🏽
Don't do this. Either make your case for why it's a bad jam or shut up. Don't do this thing where you're sorta questioning the spot but implying you know better. Show the math or stfu
Of the three options pav had in that spot, to fold is the least profitable. So in the long term he's making more money than you when playing scenario. Obviously he shouldn't shove a5s everytime there, if he did then it would be a punt. And considering he had a read that the player was 3 betting too aggressively, his play makes more sense and more money than folding
@@Johnny-cz2wv I see no implied meaning. Seems as though he KNOWS he doesn't know the math and that from his understanding he would have folded. Don't see why you took this so personally.
@@Johnny-cz2wv bruh why you so defensive? All I’m saying is this is no regular tournament there is 750k up top All I hear about these days ICM and being 5th in chips with pay jumps near and often I WOULD HAVE FOLDED is all I’m saying
Pfff I stopped playing poker because of this type of scenarios. I was playing for a cpule thousands. Cant imagine the feeling of almost getting 750k. Well played and nice hand but man i would be devistated as fuck man. A 5 what an incredible way to give chips
Eek
Bad luck mate. Great run though. Tbh u should of went out 3’s vs 10’s bvb. Disappointing result regardless.
What a punt. Zero discipline late in a major tournament. Tighten the f up in these spots dude.
Lost his discipline at the final stages. Fold the a5 all day long.
Facts
Lol no, totally fine to jam A5s, call is also okay but a fold would be terrible

Np.. nicepunt.. but seriously.. i was railing this hard..
You made a mistake from game A and Q. how much B is lost by you. When you lose a lot of B, you will fight more since then. otherwise I think you should at least be 5th.
No offense I love watching your process and agree with most all you do and learn some sometime ... but BRO ace 5 jam come on bad play you know it idc what solvers say I just call there 100% and stack them if flop oblodges.. you know I am right just saying
This is ICM suicide when chip leading w two tables left. All the money is up top and punting right before the BIG money. Hence you played very well leading up to this point. Before you berate my judgement. I’ve made $80k in PLO cash the last 4.5 months.
I agree with you, I think Pav was taking too high of a risk there when he didn’t need to. It happened to all of us but maybe just not at that high of risk.
i think ego gets into where it's like he's streaming and wants to show he's the man owning everyone on every hand. That's ok if he's worth 5 mil...he isn't and this is a nice life cushion.Time to leave the ego behind!

Yeah, The A5s shove was really bad. It wasn't worth it. At the most it was a called. It doesn't matter what he did the previous hands.
That's a strong opinion my friend! Show me your reasoning, I'm sure you got the math to back you up.
Unfortunately why would you do this mistakes 5 left for ft... great playing long run...but u fucked up man feels bad... gl next time!!!
why look so down?? you got 27k for a days work, you only have yourself to blame for not winning more, going all in with Ad,5d was a big error a rash move, it was as if you were annoyed he put a big raise in i know you will be kicking yourself for that move..

As someone who doesn't play poker i can say with confidence that A 5 was a huge punt. Ull get em next time lil pavvy
Give me please 😭
Nice A5 off punt
To be fair it wasn't off suited
A-5s is one of the best hands to 3 bet bluff with. You're blocking aces, and when you get called you'll almost always have around 33% equity. Also, V was 3-betting him alot previously so the jam makes even more sense. Try studying more before drawing to conclusions.
@@DylanLamberink-vj1ub ok now do the calculations on how often you're top 5 chip leader with 15 to go in the highest possible collect you've come close to cashing and then divide that with your 33% equity. I'll pick my spots and get my one up on them with 50%+ instead
@@badbadnotgoodgoodgodnotbad2930 I do agree with this, that late in the tournament I would probably just fold the Ad5d, but I am a nit. Even though villain was 3 betting in the sb two times before, the villain's stack size relative to his 3 bet size would have given me pause, even without icm implications.
You've only won $ 27,000. You're not capable of winning big tournaments ...
What a punt..
Very Bad Playing With a5!!!!!!
Nobody bluffing in 4bet pot at this stage.... A5s is strong for bluff in 100BB stack + but not here....
Every time you do the same mistakes, playing absolutely nice top 15, after that something wrong with you is happening
27:59 probably the biggest punt/regret of the year. People don't 3-bet fold from that spot near a big FT, ever, not when they have 30bb ish, expecting them to put 8bb then fold? Get real bro.
That's an interesting assumption you make there! I'm sure you have the experience to back up that claim.
@@Johnny-cz2wv 99.9% of players near a life-changing FT are not 3 bet 8bb and fold when they start with 35bb. This is not Alice In Wonderland poker. Why do you think the villain instant snap called the shove...
