parkrun Research Board Seminar: parkrun, heart health and cardiac rehab

In this webinar, we discuss the finding that parkruns tend to have a high density of well-trained clinicians (including cardiologists), and that life-threatening medical encounters at parkrun are extremely rare. We ask a parkrunner to tell the story of his heart attack and the parkrunning cardiologist who treated him, and discuss how exercise and parkrun can support cardiac health and rehabilitation.
